“It’s the first and last time I will order from here! My order arrived today and to my surprise 2 x boxes of extra large prawns are missing worth (£60) , the dressed crabs £16 each are very small and hardly any white meat, and the 2 x boxes of so called medium king size are the size of 50p coin at best. We ordered based on the reviews and have been really let down, we have a special occasion dinner, which I was really counting on these amazing expensive ingredients for a lovely surprise. The worst thing is there was never any mention of out of stock or any form of communication to let us know these items were missing and it has left us with no time to purchase like for like elsewhere!!! I have sent an email and left a voicemail but still no reply. The quality and portion sizes is definitely not value for money but the disappointment of being left high and dry is the worst pill to swallow. Wouldn’t recommend and will definitely not be ordering again.”

“Excellent customer service, had an issue with delivery date (which wright brothers admittedly hadn't moved correctly) but they went above and beyond to get the product here on time and were extremely helpful. Highly recommend”
