“The fish was fresh and delicious. The package came perfect. It was my first time try whitening fish, but it was really delicious. The frozen raw prawn was a big pack , it was enough for multiple meals”

“I have ordered previously and placed two orders for xmas 2022. I was very disappointed with some of the expiry dates on the items ordered. We had to throw the cooked Lobster out as the expiry for this was the 26th and when we went to have lunch, it didn't smell too good so we didn't want to take our chances! We had another issue with the mussels that were ordered. I sent a photo of the ones that didn't open to Wright Brothers and they decided to send a refund for the amount that didn't open and for £2.55 on the 29th December. I personally thought that they would have sent out a new batch. Unsure whether I will be placing my orders with them in the future which is disappointing.”

“Absolutely abismal - I order mussels for a dinner party on the 22 Dec - sat here till 2 o'clock heard nothing - no calls, no messages, no email updates - rang only to be told this would now not be delivered today ! I understand that there are strikes and people are swamped but common decency says you let the customer know so that they can make alternative arrangements! I now have only a few hours to sort out an alterntive - due to the total lack of communcation! to say I am angry is an understatement !”
