“The lady Hayley behind the counter was very helpful, polite and chatty I asked for express service on two pairs of jeans repaired due to rips and they were done before the hour was up! So great customer service and the overal repairs were excellent so definitely going to use again when needed !”

“My Daughter loves her Onesie, she wears it almost constantly. She wore the feet out and the zip slider had broken. She was reluctantly going to give it to a charity shop until I contacted Zipyard in Winton to find out if they could give it a new life. The ladies there are brilliant at their job as it was completely repaired with new feet and a new zip slider in only 2 days! I would like to thank the staff for being so lovely when I took it in to the shop. They are really friendly and polite and they are magicians I'm sure! The Onesie is now perfect once again and my Daughter is absolutely delighted again. Thank you all at Zipyard Bournemouth, you made my Daughter and myself very happy. Mr Joe Davis Bournemouth”

“I have visited the zip yard on numerous occasions for cleaning trousers coats all done perfectly all so the zip on my sheepskin full length not a problem this is a good company. My next visit will be to have my sheepskin cleaned. 10/10”

“I called the shipyard at 8.30am to see if they could shorten a pair of trousers quickly as I had an interview the same day. I was told that if I took them in they could do it on 'express' within an hour. So I took them in and they had them completed within 20 minutes which was brilliant and meant I didn't even have to go home and return later. Fantastic service by such helpful ladies. Thank you”

“I am a fair sewer myself but am not very good at zips. I bought a reduced dress whose zip was broken and took it to the zipyard to get replaced. They were friendly efficient and I think it was a fair price . Very happy and would recommend.”
