“I needed a dress altered very quickly, which they were happy to do. However there was a problem with the alteration which they called me about and offered 2 different solutions and promised to have the dress ready by the next day. I was at work but with the help of my husband, managed to sort out the difficulty and picked the dress up the next day. The alteration was perfect and I wore it to a Christmas party that evening; where I received lots of compliments on the dress.”

“I bough a pair of evening trousers on a Saturday and needed these altering in a hurry as I was going on holiday the next Wednesday. I was told this was possible and I could collect them the following Tuesday. To my amazement, I received a text with two hours of dropping the trousers off on the Saturday to say they were ready. Not only was the service speedy the the quality of the alteration is great. Thank you to the staff of the Zip Yard, Winton Bournemouth. Caroline Cowling”

“The receptionist Hannah is very friendly and helpful and the lady that pinned my jeans to fit me better is also nice. My dress that I had altered to fit me by the same lady was an excellent service, and I had a lot of compliments to me on my 60th birthday about the dress I wore.”

“They are always bright and cheerful nothing is ever too much trouble. You are given a day when it will be ready but they always send a text to say it's ready for collection earlier than that day. Would recommend their services to anybody.”

“I had a jacket which I'm very fond of and the zip went on it ages ago. I took it to the zip yard as I had a 10% off voucher. They told me the charge immediately and how long it would take. It was actually ready a day early and they texted me to let me know that I could pick up if I want. When I did pick it up, I found the zip replacement was very neat; it looked like the original zip. I would definitely recommend the zip yard.”
