“Audrey Kneller writing: I've always been happy with the service I've received, except on one occasion when I had a skirt shortened and it was given back to me with the shortening done and the bottom unhemmed, so I ended up hemming it myself. I didn't notice this until much later, and I had thrown away the receipt, so I didn't bother to take it back.”

“Not happy with initial service but when I decided to go elsewhere all the stops were pulled out and I felt better about letting them do the turn up of a jacket sleeve. The jacket had buttons and buttonholes which needed to be moved. Unfortuneately they were unable to make another buttonhole but I was satisfied with the finished jacket.”
