“I was upset when the zip on my almost new leather jacket failed. After I saw your advert I thought it was worth a try to get it back to its new condition. I chose my zip & in a few days I was amazed how great the job was. We do have another job to bring in in the near future!”

“Really pleased...I am an experienced dressmaker but I wanted my Mother of the Bride outfit altered as I wanted no sewing to do...for a change! Alterations were extensive...took it in at 11am and it was done by 4.30 same day...wonderful service...good quality...reasonable charges...highly recommended”

“I was extremely pleased with the service provided by The Zip Yard in Winton. I found the staff extremely polite and they offered a high standard of customer service and also a very high standard of workmanship. I would definitely use them again for any alteration work I may need in the future and would not hesitate in recommending to my friends and family”

“My huband had a jacket where the metal pull had broken. I thought it would need a replacement zip. Five minutes later, it was repaired. I was amazed. Not expensive either. Also brought his Barbour coat that needed a new zip. A lot of work must have been involved, but a week later I collected it. A new very long metal zip and only £25. So this coat now has a new lease of life. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Quite a gem of a place.”

“Great service had my 25th wedding anniversary gown taken up and my bridesmaids dresses taken in,which a couple needed taken in a bit more when went to collect and they did this within a couple of hours ,while we had a look around the shops. Only took a week and was reasonable priced. Have already recommend to family and friends and would definitely use again x”
