“I had two bridesmaid dresses to be altered, everyone was so helpful and when it came to trying them not long before the big days they did need further alterations in quite a short space of time! They did it and both dresses have done their jobs now and looked great! Thank you 😊”

“Took in 4 pairs of trousers to be altered..1 was ok and 3 were different lengths ! They offered to alter 1 pair admitting responsibility but not the other two. Very rude and uncooperative, Anyone taking there garments there is a fool, for the sake of a alteration they have lost a local customer who will spread the word and give them a zero rating”

“Sent trousers to them for dry cleaning. Got a text to say they had passed 'quality checks', but when I got them home they were creased - I now have to press them myself which defeats the object somewhat. Other than that, not bad service.”

“Although your representatives were friendly, I can't work out why it would take 10 days to take up a pair of jeans. As well as this, the jeans have been cut shorter than requested which is extremely negligent. I called the shop to discuss my concerns and they were rather vague simply saying, brinv them in. Very disappointed.”
