“Although your representatives were friendly, I can't work out why it would take 10 days to take up a pair of jeans. As well as this, the jeans have been cut shorter than requested which is extremely negligent. I called the shop to discuss my concerns and they were rather vague simply saying, brinv them in. Very disappointed.”

“Wasn’t happy. I got told it will be a week so turned up when they said it would be ready and it wasn’t. So called later that day and the lady on the phone didn’t check if my item was ready just said it will be ready after 4. So turned up at 4 not done hadn’t even been started. Got a phone call at about 5 saying they havnt only just looked at it and seen it needs more work that what I had already paid in advance for. Collected it the next day took it home and tried it on and it wasn’t right so had to take it back again, which then they eventually got it right so I could collect the next day. I won’t be going there again”

“I go to the Zipyard in Winton for all my alterations and repairs. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The ladies are always pleasant , cheerful and in my opinion very talented. I do tell them how much I appreciate their professional work. Always a joy to use them. Thank you Zipyard.”
