“I have used the Zip yard on many occasions I have been delighted with the service I took in a full length silk dress that was pinned and altered to fit me perfectly. Also a Wedding Dress that was altered to wear as a cocktail dress and many other garments. This service is fantastic enabling the customer to have tailored outfits and alterations at incredibly reasonable prices. The work is flawless and very quick. Thank you Zip yard in Winton for your wonderful service.”

“Always a warm professional business like welcome. Staff are obviously thoroughly experienced in all aspects of the work which is carried out very quickly with no job too small or a problem. Text is sent as soon as job completed. Would highly recommend them.”

“Zipyard were great. I have 2 pairs of USA Levi 501's that I hadn't worn for many years as the crotch had gone! I love those jeans so asked Zipyard to fix - they did a great job and I'm happy again!”

“You've four jobs for me in the past. Total satisfaction each time. I have more work in the pipeline for you to do for me. Replace leather collar on leather jacket. Repair seam to the same jacket. Replace velvet collar on a normal jacket . Shorten two pairs of trousers. I have 100% confidence in getting a perfect result each time. Thanks, Peter Shaw.”

“I did think at first that Zipyard were a bit expensive but I am well pleased with the various items done for me. The quality was excellent and completed at the time stated. I would use this company again.”

“Very happy with the quality of the alterations, but the customer service was lacking. Receptionist is very brusque. Paid for garment to be dry cleaned, but it had not been sent when I went to collect it. This caused a delay.”

Hi Sara, I am sorry to read about your experience with the ZipYard. I can see you last used the ZipYard back in November 2015. I am unable to advise on the situation on the dry-cleaning as the shop is now under new management and staff as of January 2016. I hope you will give us and the new team here a new chance and see the improvements in service for yourself. Thank you
