“Very nice and well made badges, ordered on an easy to navigate website. I uploaded my own photo to go on the badges with no problems. Value for money is excellent the only downside is timescale from order to delivery is a bit slow but I can forgive that as the quality is so good.”

“Could not have been more helpful. I wasnt sure how best to frame the photo, so raised a query online. The response was very prompt and they offered to do a sample layout for me. The finished badges were exactly what I was after and arrived in good time. Thank you”

“I am very disappointed. My order still has not arrived even though I was assured it would get to me within three working days. The event I needed the badges for was LAST WEEK Friday and yet they have STILL not arrived a week later!! I would like to receive a refund and an explanation as to why the order has still not arrived!”

“In general I'm really pleased with service and quality. The people who have received the badges have loved them. They have attracted attention on social media so I've needed to order a second run to meet demand (it's a fan share item that I am funding myself). I think the cost per unit is good value and the clarity and positioning of the image I uploaded is very good. Only slight criticism is that of 30 badges, four had cracks or peeling so I had to write them off. However still very good and much better result than a competitor who I used initially.”

Many thanks for your review and thanks for choosing The Badge Centre again. Really pleased the badges went down well, but we are not so pleased that some where not up to the standard that they should have been, definitely not good enough from our point of view. I have arranged for some replacements, with a few extras, which should get to you very soon. Thanks again for your time and apologies for the inconvenience.
