“Badges arrived at the stated time, and the people who got them loved them. In an ideal world, the order to arrival time could be much quicker, but for a bespoke item I understand it might not be that simple.”

“It came too late, which was probably my fault but I allowed over 8 days, but it was just a waste of money and I wouldn't have given it anyway as it was poor and boring”

“I’m not happy with the service I’m still waiting for my 2 orders that was supposed to come last Saturday what on earth is going on with my order when will I get my orders when I did the order I put a note to say a specific day which was my sons christening on Sunday 26th May that’s what they were for and they still have not bloody come”

Thanks for getting in touch. As per our email, your order could not be completed as it was simply not compatible with what you ordered. You chose to order a 25mm badge, which is the smallest badge we offer. During the order process we also make you aware how small the 25mm are and advise that we do have larger badges, we do this to avoid disappointment. Your order notes requested that an uploaded image be added onto a badge along with a total of 42 text characters. When you consider the size of the badge, the text would need to be large and this would cover the photo. For that reason you where emailed and we did not proceed with your orders pending your reply. As your event has now passed I will of course arrange a refund. When ordering it is very important to choose a badge size that is suitable for your requirements and to respond to any emails that we may send.

“When the badges turned up they were great but unfortunately even though I paid for first class delivery they took over 4 days to arrive (can’t be sure how long as I left home for holiday) which meant I couldn’t use them at the event I had planned to. I contacted the company once and got a reply but I didn’t not hear anything back the second time I tried to contact them.”

Hi Nicola, sorry to hear your badges arrived later than expected. I see from your order that you ordered on Sunday night (12th May) and during checkout you selected ‘Dispatch in 3 working days - allow 1-2 days for delivery. Your order therefore left us on the 15th May as selected. Please note that the days we quote are ‘dispatch’ not ‘deliver’. To arrive 4 days after ordering would be normal for the selection you made during checkout.

“The badges look good but unfortunately they arrived after the hen do so where completely pointless! It took them 9 days to dispatch not 5 like they state on the website. If you go with this company allow at least 3 weeks to be sure they actually arrive on time! Such a shame.”

Thanks for your review. Your ordered after 9pm on the Sunday 5th May and during checkout you selected "Dispatch in 5 working days - by First Class Royal Mail (allow additional 1-2 days for delivery)". Therefore, taking into account weekends and bank holidays (there was a bank holiday on the 6th May), your order was dispatched on the 13th May, the 5th working day after ordering. It may be 9 days 'date wise' including the actual day you ordered, but it is 5 working days, includes two weekends and one bank holiday. We do clearly state WORKING DAYS throughout checkout and in the order confirmation email it is in red bold letters.

Hi. Sorry to hear you badge arrived too late. Having looked at your order I can see you ordered on a Saturday, with the following Monday being a bank holiday. Your order was therefore dispatched on the Monday the 13th, the 5th working day after ordering as selected during checkout.

“I’m really disappointed. I placed my order on 3rd May. It’s now the 17th May and I have still not received my order! I wanted these badges to give as gifts to my A Level students and they now haven’t arrived in time as they left for study leave today. I feel very let down by this service as there were cheaper options but I thought these were a better choice. I now regret this decision.”

Hi, I see you placed your order in the evening of Friday 3rd and during checkout selected "Dispatch in 3 working days by First Class Royal Mail (allow additional 1-2 days for delivery)" Your order was therefore dispatched on the 9th May, the 3rd working day afterwards. Perhaps you did not take into account the weekend and bank holiday between them dates? Our dispatch dates to do include weekends or bank holidays as there is no postal collection services. Apologies that your order arrived later than you had planned, we do however clearly display our dispatch times. As a gesture of good will I have arranged for your order to be refunded.

Thanks for your order and review. I can see your order was sent in time, however upon looking at your delivery address it appears incomplete maybe? The postcode is the same as your billing address but it does not include the house name/number/street name. This may be the cause of the delay or non-delivery.
