“Ordered from this company on 5/19/19. Received multiple packages over the months with items I ordered.(yes they all came separately) items were of terrible quality, something I could have sewn together myself with fabric from the dollar store if were being nice.. I emailed the company demanding a refund as I spent a pretty penny on a company that falsely advertised their merchandise which I only realized after I received my packages.. they refused to cover shipping costs but agreed to a return and my money back besides the shipping cost I now had to pay to ship it back. Not to mention, I was informed to ship it to Jerusalem when my items came from China. $65 later in shipping and months after I shipped it back, the package returned to my address. I had reached out a few weeks ago inquiring about my items shipment update and was told they sent in a report and would get back to me. Never got a response and now I have these poor quality items back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO!”

Item took forever to receive, which was fine, but it didn't fit well (as in, I'm long waisted, so the belt/elastic was around my rib cage). This is fine, and I can even accept that I pay my own shipping on return and only get store credit, but the credit to my account has not posted and it's been at least a month (the return does not go to China, so why does it take so long to process???) “Back in April I ordered a dress from their website for an event. I was told it would take 7-10 days to arrive. 19 days later I received by far the worst quality item ever that looked NOTHING like what was advertised. Not only was it too late to be able to use it for the event I originally purchased it for, but it was the worst looking and made dress I have ever seen. I submitted a "return request" via their website. It took over 3 weeks to receive a response that my return request was finally approved. They gave me directions to return the item. I returned it via USPS and had to PAY out of pocket to return and insure the item. I submitted tracking information that same day to them so they could see my item was on its way. I was supposed to hear back from them when they received my item so they would issue my refund. Two days after shipping back to them I saw that the item was delivered successfully to them. I reached out to them two weeks later to see if they got the item back since I never heard a word back. Three days later they responded to my email that they issued STORE CREDIT in the amount I paid. I never agreed to store credit - who would order from a dishonest, poor quality online retailer ever again to even use the credit?! I have emailed them 5 separate times demanding my refund. Only one of my 5 emails was acknowledged by someone named Lindsay who said she "had a family emergency" and that is why she was not responding to my emails whatsoever. I have since emailed them two more times and filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes to get the refund that is owed to me. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND HAVE THE WORST QUALITY ITEMS I HAVE EVER WITNESSED. They are sneaky and have ZERO customer service. They will not acknowledge your emails and will steal your money or force you to reorder without your consent by just issuing store credit. I did not apply for an exchange - I submitted a RETURN request and was approved. Four months later I am STILL without my money back and they have had their item back for three months. Unacceptable, unprofessional, unethical, awful.”
“One of the worst companies I've dealt with in a long time. Start to finish!They advertised a diffuser for just shipping charges of $1.95. You have a charge(that you can't get off) of an additional $59.95 for a membership! Long story short.....I get the diffuser and it's about 4 inches tall and it had a cord that doesn't work. Many, many messages to them wanting all kinds of pictures. Cord going in, cord going out, plugged into outlet, etc. Last message to me was they would forward my messages to their administration. That was about 3 days ago!”
“Clothes were I’ll fitting and poor quality. Took a month to arrive from a China in just a plastic sleeve and I had to pay £25 to return it to the USA. Can’t get a refund so have requested an exchange and now after about 15 emails they are not even responding to me!!!

“Terrible company. Terrible product. Their returns policy borders on a violation of US commerce standards and they seem perfectly fine selling cheap clothes with tears in them and then all but laughing when a refund is requested. I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and would encourage any other unfortunate American buyers to do the same.”
