Je ne les ai pas encore reçues. J'ai demandé plusieurs fois pour avoir le tracking number. On m'a répondu une fois pour dire que les envois peuvent prendre jusqu' à 6 semaines. On me dit aussi d'entrer le tracking number sur le site pour suivre l'envoi mais il ne m'ont jamais donné le numéro.... J'ai écrit plusieurs fois pour l'obtenir et je n'ai jamais eu de réponses aidantes dans ce sens.
Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie. En lisant les autres commentaires, j'ai l'impression que je ne recevrai jamais cette commande.

“Ordered 4 items 9 weeks ago. Received 2 about a month after but the other 2 were still processing. Emailed support for an update, he said that they were having trouble with the post but 1 item would be posted that day. The other item is no longer in stock so would I like to pick something else? I told him no I'd just like a refund please. 5 weeks later all my emails were either ignored or responses limited to "waiting on manager". Still haven't recieved the 3rd item and it still only says processing and hasn't been shipped yet.
Luckily the 2 items I recieved are half decent, although not worth the money or hassle.”
“Very disappointed with this company ordered a pair of shoes when they arrived they were too big I wanted to return the shoes for a smaller size. They would not allow me to exchange the shoes at all. They refused to work with me I did not want a refund just and exchange. I will never order from them again. The customer service sucks they have lost a customer for good.”

They take forever to respond to emails and answer valid questions asking them to explain the wording in their FAQs. My only hope is that the goods I can’t cancel don’t end up being like the shoddy quality other reviewers have received.”
