“The worst compagnie ever ! They send me my order and it had an hole in it. After, 2 months of e-mail they finally said they will send me an other one. I never receiveid the remplacement. After 3 others month of e-mail, they finally ask me if I want to be reimburse. I respond that I want one, it been 1 month now and they stop answering me and they still didn'T rembourse me. “I saw this add on Facebook for a diffuser it said $59.99 but crossed out and and than it said just pay for the $1.95 totally got tricked and lied to. And now they are saying only 29 dollars back. “I had placed an order months ago.. mid/late March 2019. I received confirmation that my order was shipping early April 2019. I never got that order. I emailed their customer support many times and finally received an email back from Lindsey saying it was on its way. When late May/early June rolled around, I emailed AGAIN asking for a refund! Lindsey once again (finally responded) saying the items would be shipped again and I'd get a partial refund for the inconvenience. Here we are in July and I've not seen the items I purchased or the partial refund. I've emailed again and again asking for a complete full refund and have not heard anything more.
Lindsey must be too busy replying to the hundreds of other people who are also complaining about not getting their orders... because surely, she'd follow through right? (insert sarcasm here).

“Just received a few earring sets after three weeks. One broke immediately after just trying to remove the backing. The others look like they would break at any moment and are very cheap quality. Do not buy. Horrible quality. I planned on sending back, but they don't offer refunds, just store credit. Based on the quality of earrings, I do not want to receive anything else from them. “I ordered a necklace that looked NOTHING like the picture on the webiste. They claim "based in LA" but my order was shipped straight from China!!! I sent an e-mail and never got a reply. I message them via facebook, they deleted my comment and blocked me. Same for Instagram. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They also added fake comments on their facebook page from a girl names "Candice sweet". When i private message her, she signed "Louise"...”
