“The Code of Ethics and Core courses seem to be extremely long. They should be labeled as 4 hour courses and give 4 credits as they both took 3hrs and 45 minutes to complete. They were not 3 hr classes. Other than that, the material was very thorough.”

“I was forced to start over with a salespersons license in KY after being a Broker and Instructor in Illinois for many years. This experience was pretty good but I found the whole appraisal section of this class a little over the top and unusually long and involved considering that this is for a real estate salesperson license. It feels like it was used as a filler for time and I understand that but a salesperson's knowledge shouldn't require this much appraisal info. In fact in Kentucky I'm pretty sure that are parts of the state that doesn't even do CMA's because they don't all have an MLS therefore don't have the data to work with.”

“The course is good quality. No spelling mistakes and looks very professional but sometimes I feel the questions in lessons are too obvious but unit test questions are thought to crack and final test was really challenging. They could make it more interactive and add more videos and pictures and less plain text.”

“Courses are very good. However, it seems as though it always takes me way longer to read through the course and review the PDF's and referred websites than the indicated minimum time for the course. The tests are sometimes tricky as opposed to sitting in a class where there is no test. But, I will be taking more classes from The CE Shop in the future.”
