I haven’t received my Real Estate Broker License Certificate that l completed in early December. It’s almost Feb 2024.

Terrible service. I bought a package to complete my hours and wasn’t allowed to complete them causing me to miss 1 hour credit. Do not use!!! I’m sending all our new agents to a different sight.

One star. The course itself is great, but customer service gave me inaccurate information, which caused me to lose all of my progress (99%) of the course when I went to renew the course. No accountability was taken and this cost me months of work.

Hello Brandon. We're happy to hear you enjoyed the course. I did have our Support Team go through all of our recorded interactions with you and we couldn't find any examples of someone giving you incorrect information. I was able to talk to them and we've been able to offer you a refund and a small extension so you should be able to bring that course up to 100% without needing to start over again.

Sadly customer service or technical Support is not existent. Terrible program. I lost all my amMLO info and hours because it was a glitch.

Very unhappy, my husband and I completed 24 hours each recently and have asked you several times to give Florida what they need so we get credit for the hours and you have done NOTHING. Terry Records, Broker Records Real Estate SW Florida

I have tried over and over (more than 50 times) to stop receiving these emails. I tried calling customer service and was told they were not able to stop the onslaught of emails. PLEASE! Remove my email from your mass mailing lists

I want to sincerely apologize for emailing you one more time, Julia. I pull this list to ask for reviews based on customer surveys and it is separate from our marketing emails. I have asked our email marketing people to completely remove you from the system. You should not be getting any more emails now.

The CE Shop demanded additional payment to renew my CA CE courses which expired during the pandemic. While I understand they need to have an expiration date per CE regulations, they are not required to charge for the renewal of the courses.

After 10 yrs of working with this company and recent knowledge of how unhappy I can't fathom they are asking for a review. I had reached out to them regarding a zoom class 30 mins prior to the class starting because I had an issue logging on. . The young woman was not helpful in the least. and neither was the CE Shop. Then she told me I was not entitled to a credit after the class started and I still couldn't access it (never hanging up the phone with her the entire time When I emailed customer service regarding the no-credit issue, they didn't respond to my email. Finally when I posted a negative review elsewhere, describing what happened CE Shop commented on my review in a very insulting manner. They offered me a discount (no refund) on my next course. I had already found another company that not only offered better content, but better service. I have been an agent for over 20 yrs and you can be sure I will never give a good review and steer my contacts to another company

Hello Diane. I'm sorry to hear you had some issues with our Zoom class. I went back and listened to the phone conversation you had with our rep and they seemed like they were doing everything they could to help even though you were quite aggressive with them. We've been able to go in and add credits to your account so that you can retake this course at no cost due to the technical issues you ran into. These types of issues are not common. Out of all of our students that have completed our course over 96% reported that they would recommend it. If you have any other issues please do not hesitate to reach out to Support@TheCEShop.com.

The state of Illinois won't schedule me to take the test, they say to talk to the CE shop to schedule and the CE shop says to talk to the state of Illinois. So I did all of this for nothing.

I took courses that were supposed to renew my license. These were the wrong courses. I tried to explain this to CE customer service and they said they could not help me. I asked to escalate this to management and was told someone would call new in 3 days. It has been over one month since and have not received a call. This company and their service STINKS!

Purchased a three hour course that said would satisfy Law continuing education requirements then after completing and sending in certificate I was told it does not count!

Our courses are designed around the topics prescribed by each state's real estate commission and they are in alignment with the licensing exam topics. Over 76% of our students reported that they passed their exams on the first try. The course execution by CE Shop was great. The NAR decided to venture down the never abandonable slippery slope of injustice and socialism with the "Equitable outcomes" objective. That howerver is no reason a NC Brokerage course should follow. It is in fact a good reason not to follow.
