The course material often has errors and ambiguities. It seems the courses are slapped together quickly without full review. The 2023 update contained errors and no summary to review at the end of the course. This year we will be looking at an alternative online program.

The material was alright but the state and National testing for Minnesota weren’t necessarily reflective of the material provided. There was a clear lack of multimedia to assist in the audio, visual and kinesthetic learning styles covered. Ninety hours of training is a lot to simply read without variety. I attempted to get refunded $25 for a Course Exam that was cancelled by CEShop and rescheduled the same day. I emailed multiple times, was told it was escalated and never heard back. This was extremely frustrating after paying hundreds of dollars for training.

I found the in-chapter and post-chapter test questions very easy. Likewise the practice exams. The actual licensing exam questions bore little resemblance to The CE Shop course. Although I passed the exam with the minimum 75%, it was a struggle. I also had an issue involving The CE Shop customer service. They were very little help in this area as well.

Course extremely intense with material that takes more than the 3 hour advertised. Course designed for brand new real estate applicants who don’t have any knowledge or experience in real estate; not designed for agents who are renewing their real estate license

Hello Jogendra. I'm sorry for the confusion. Some states do require us to charge taxes on our products. While we are an education product the tax is determined by the delivery of the education. Since we are an online education provider, we are required to charge taxes.

The course is fine. But. I’ve had issues trying to take the course exam now for a month. They have been having some sort of issues and still hasn’t responded. I’m close to not being able to renew my license on time.

The coursework and practice exam format is excellent. The challenge arises when you are ready to take the final exam through PSI. Technical issues are prevalent and trying to get support is a complete joke. I've had to reschedule tests three times now as a result of a technical issue between CE and the proctor PSI. It's been a huge hassle and unfortunately, neither side has helped resolve the issue.

PSI is a third-party company and while we partner with them for proctoring in many states, we cannot speak to their technical difficulties. After going through the process of studying and preparing for an exam, the last thing you need to experience is technical difficulties, and we apologize that that happened. We believe that PSI's online proctoring services are far more convenient than requiring in-person proctoring and we feel they offer a typically high level of quality for a reasonable cost. Most of our students report a positive experience with PSI but we will share your feedback and work with them to identify opportunities to improve.

I don’t really recommend using CE, too wordy and not into the point and knowledge not really using in life as an example. Secondx, you only have two chances to pass the class, not make sense at all to pay the class again if fail two times, and learning the same exactly course . Other competitors can take as many time as you want.

course content had errors. proctoring process was terrible. biggest problem was that the proctor could not read my ID. I have a microsoft surface book which is only 2 years old with all software/operating system updates. Very frustrating. But also, there was a microsoft os app that your tech support had to disable on one occasion but not others. Getting the proctoring process ready to go and trying get id read by the proctor was multiple hours on the 2nd 2 test. first test all went smoothly. It was nerve wracking. Not what you want before taking a test.

I have a situation where the certificates printed out with the wrong CE cycle date and I have been waiting 2 weeks to have them reprinted with the correct cycle date. I have gotten emails from the CE shop support, but they cannot update me on this problem.

I liked the convenience of the access to the modules but I didn't appreciate the 40% discount that was offered after I had already signed up. It appears as though there is no advantage to enrolling early. Next time I'll wait until closer to the deadline.

Hello William. I am sorry that you just missed our flash sale. We try to offer flash sales regularly to give our students an opportunity to save on their education. We do not build these sale campaigns out based on enrollment timing.

I’ve taken online courses before via The CE Shop. This time I needed to swap out a course that I no longer needed. I was told by the online customer service person that there is a “policy” and he couldn’t do it because the deadline was so close. I asked for a copy of the written “policy”, or to direct me where I could find the “policy”. I was told it was a “none customer facing policy”. I’ll leave this right here.

It was hands down the most boring set of classes Ive ever taken. There was no class. Could have just mailed a book and said good luck. The proctored test was horrible. The website/software for PSI is horrible and the proctors were rude on all 3 tests. I can honestly say I wont use the CE shop in the future. It was a bad experience.

I was having trouble ordering my CE classes online and I somehow got charged twice for the same classes. Did not realize I had been charged twice until I was doing my taxes. I called and ask for a refund and all they would give is a credit for the 4 years when I need to renew my license.
