It's a great material, easy to understand and not boring because of the activities on each lesson. My suggestions to you, is to use the most updated forms as possible for learning accuracy. Always review the questions to make sure they are correctly done and matching with the answers. I enjoyed it and always sending possible candidates to your webpage. Thank you

The material was good and thorough. The learning system was easy to use. I chose it because I preferred the self pace model. I passed the exam first try. I personally would have like a bit more video content. I now need to complete the 90 hour post licensing and want to do self pace again but need more directed video content

I’ve been using The CE Shop for years. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the size and the boldness of the text in the units. Very difficult on the eyes after hours of reading. Please improve this! Thank you.

While it is my opinion that the classes are well prepared and for the most part are informative and up-to-date I feel that some are contradictive of practice principles and are just as offensive as the obvious. To identify Source of Income as a factor in financial approval for mortgage or rental requirements as identified by federal regulations is recognized and understood without stigmatizing. Additionally stated someone should not be categorized with limitations as to potential buying power due to income as they may have won the lottery or inherited money, one of your questions in Real Estate Ethics and Professional Standards. It is most apparent that clients should not be stereotyped with respect to those issues yet, it is okay to stereotype someone as "affluent," because they happen to own "a vacation home." Is one not just as offensive as the other??? Maybe that person also won the lottery, or inherited money or just plain out worked hard and saved for such. Same ol same ol, double standard. Source of Income can not be identified as available for the poor, good fortunate can knock at anyone's door and hard work and sacrifice is to be assumed as "affluent". This is just as insulting and I doubt would be offensive to those you have labeled as. Should the person buying a $900,000 home as opposed to a $350,000 home be judged or labeled in any manner? Truth be told which sale would the agent rather make? I dare say the $900,000 sale, oh would that be considered a sale to the "affluent?" Maybe no label should be used. I found it offensive and in professional standards and conduct would never refer to any client as such.

Course was easy to work with. Pricing was higher than other companies. Therefore I did my other 12hr CE with another company.

The courses are much easier to navigate and far less annoying than other online courses I've taken.

I have recommended The CE Shop to family and friends. I will use it for my continuing education as well since I am familiar with the way it works. There are several tech issues here and there and thankfully did not impact my due dates. I would like more videos or real-life scenarios to break up the reading.

The mortgage course was very well layed out and easy to understand. There were a few errors that I noticed. Most were grammatical errors and spelling errors. The practice exams are very helpful. Great way to continue studying while waiting to take the State exam. The instructor was helpful and responsive. However, they are not available on weekends.
