“I was very impressed with your class. It was easy to use. The material was informative and easy to follow. I learned a lot more than sitting in a class. I also liked the feature of showing you if your answer was wrong and making you go back to find the correct answer. Great job on this program!!”

“The material that was presented to me in the CE sales person class wasn’t sufficient enough to prepare me for the state exam. I had to get material from a local real estate school to study to prepare me for the state exam”

Our courses are designed around the topics prescribed by each state's real estate commission and they are in alignment with the licensing exam topics. Over 76% of our students reported that they passed their exams on the first try. “What made my experience so great was the young man with a Hispanic name of origin, who helped me over the phone. He customized a package and made it very affordable - saving me money, and getting me exactly what I wanted and needed. And he did that after if had trouble online by myself and after listening carefully to my needs. I have a been in management and training teaching teams excellent customer Service and this young man should be praised and given a high five! I can’t say enough good about his part in my satisfaction level with your company. He truly provided outstanding customer service! I am ashamed that I can’t remember his name now, but if you look up my review of the class after the first class I took, I wrote about him by name in that review on your class survey. Thank you! Class was well designed and good information provided. Tests were appropriate and helpful.”

“The training site is great. The partnership with PSI for proctoring of exams leave a lot to be desired. I have had problems twice that were not resolve and have had to reschedule my exam each time. I was told I would receive a call on Monday 15 February from Technology to help resolve my connection issues. I never received a call and the issue has not been resolve. I will have to call you to in hopes of resolving the issue before I take the exam I have scheduled for Thursday after non on February 18, 2021.”

Hello Edward. Thank you for providing that feedback. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with PSI. PSI is a third-party company and while we partner with them for proctoring in many states, we cannot speak to their technical difficulties. After going through the process of studying and preparing for an exam, the last thing you need to experience is technical difficulties, and we apologize that that happened. We believe that PSI's online proctoring services are far more convenient than requiring in-person proctoring and we feel they offer a typically high level of quality for a reasonable cost. Most of our students report a positive experience with PSI but that we will share your feedback and work with them to identify opportunities to improve. I recommend reaching out to them again to resolve these issues.

“After your system seems to have lost my test for the repeated 1 hour CE Safety class for 2020 and the your company has failed to report a problem long after Dec 31st 2020! I’m furious and done! Mike Self The Home Team Coldwell Banker”

“CE Shop was a great way to get my real estate pre-license education. The website was very well designed and user friendly. The customer service is excellent. The class content is broken down into manageable chunks and the materials are written well. I appreciated that there was a mix of written material along with videos. The quizzes along the way help to keep you engaged, and the test prep was very good.”
