“The substance of the lessons and the process of educating was very good, except for one glaring exception involving [substance]: In schooling the elements of the "Fair Housing Act," all of The CE Shop's examples of FHA breaches were characterized by Caucasians and/or Christians transgressing the rights of "People of Color" and various non-Christian religions. Never, was the victim of a transgression, Caucasian and/or Christian. This demonstrated [to me] a clear cultural bias on the part of "The CE Shop," which diminished their efforts to effectively convey the foundational importance of the FHA.”

“Registering and going through the courses were all easy. and when needed, customer support was readily available. I like the ability to meet my licensure requirements by working at home, since I have had a back injury and getting around has been difficult recently.”
