“It was hands down the most boring set of classes Ive ever taken. There was no class. Could have just mailed a book and said good luck. The proctored test was horrible. The website/software for PSI is horrible and the proctors were rude on all 3 tests. I can honestly say I wont use the CE shop in the future. It was a bad experience.”

Hello Charles. Thank you for providing that feedback. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with PSI. PSI is a third-party company and while we partner with them for proctoring in many states, we cannot speak to their technical difficulties. After going through the process of studying and preparing for an exam, the last thing you need to experience is technical difficulties, and we apologize that that happened. We believe that PSI's online proctoring services are far more convenient than requiring in-person proctoring and we feel they offer a typically high level of quality for a reasonable cost. Most of our students report a positive experience with PSI but we will share your feedback and work with them to identify opportunities to improve.

“I was able to pass the National exam on the first try, However I had to buy an additional course to help me pass the State. The CE shop is good for the national exam but needs work for the state portion.”

Our courses are designed around the topics prescribed by each state's real estate commission and they are in alignment with the licensing exam topics. Over 76% of our students reported that they passed their exams on the first try. “I think CE Shop is the easiest way I found to complete my CE course. I could stop at any time and come back where I had stopped. Also, I liked the examples they give us in order to illustrate the sitation better. I just think CE Shop is the most practical way to get your classes done and keeping doing your business without interruption.”

“The CE shop is wonderful. The lessons are very informative and easy to understand and follow along. The extra links for more information on topics is a great tool in order to get the most information needed to understand each lesson. I love the flexibility I had to complete the courses on my own time. The ability to stop a lesson and then start the same lesson where I left off was perfect for my hectic schedule. I love the fact that I was able to choose the courses which best fit my continued education needs. I also love that the courses are online. This gave me the opportunity to take my laptop with me so I was not confined to one location while taking my courses. I would recommend this program to all agents for their continued education needs.”
