“I was served by Lee who gave me excellent service & was not pushy . I bought the Detroit extending table and chairs in grey . And because if the service I received from maker I am considering the sideboard coffee table and side tables . I was also interested in the Hannah sofa and she supplied me with all info and will be considering this also . Being retail area manager I am also observing customer service and she definitely comes up tops”

“I would like to thank Lee for all the help she gave me in purchasing things for my new house. She was very professional and purchasing everything was hassle free thanks to Lee. I would also like to say that the Designer Room has an amazing array of furniture. Give the Designer Room a visit you will not be disappointed.”

“Seen rug I liked and at a fair price,bought it and was told come back in 12 weeks to collect. I’ve also bought furniture from store in the past and apart from the wait, could not be happier”

“Visited Ayr store on1/11/19 just for a wee look got talking to Lindsay Brown shop assistant as I spited the diffusers which were lovely asked Lindsay about them and it was not a problem to her showing me how it worked and let me smell all the different smells ended up buying one they are brilliant and also bought bedroom chair for my daughter but Lindsay could not have been more helpful lovely girl and very pleasant will be back to buy more difussers for Xmas presents.”

“The staff member in store was polite and patient. I went into Silverburn store to buy a mirror and left with table chairs sideboard and coffee table. The delivery guys Brian and Scott were great. Polite and cleaned everything away after building furniture. They removed all boxes and packaging. I would have no problem in recommending this company at any time. The quality of furniture is amazing.”
