We recently ordered a bed and furniture for our new home and had to cancel it due to unfortunate circumstances. Our furniture was not due to be delivered until December so it was cancelled months in advance. We paid money towards our furniture and have said we are happy to spend the money we have paid in store rather than get a refund. However, customer services are refusing to give us our money on a credit note unless we pay the remaining balance of our cancelled order even though we were told our order would easily be sold to someone else as they are still for sale in store. The way we have been treated by customer services is shocking! We are still no further forward with getting our money on a credit note and have been told they will keep it unless we pay them more money. Customer service are now not responding to my emails to resolve the matter.

Delivery date was not adhered to ? Due to a piece of furniture being delivered smashed up . I tried to cancel order due to changes in finances, this was met with indignance and down right very poor communication and customer services, staff were not interested in my financial difficulty to preserve their sale

1 of the 2 Sofas arrived with wrong cushions. Store suggested these these were the ones we ordered. After several emails cushions eventually changed. Still not completely happy with them as they have sagged look terrible. Not happy with product or customer service

BE VERY CAREFUL THEY DO NOT OFFER 7 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD According to citizens advance web it shouldn’t be ordered for 7 days . I ordered my sofas and chair from wishaw on Monday I called last night and today to change the chair for a footstool . I was told last night that the sofas were made made 🤨 and they could order the footstool but I was having to pay for the chair and they would give me a credit note for the difference.i looked the web sight and there is nothing I would buy . So when your ordering ask about there cooling off period see what they tell you . Staff training needed .🤨

Appalling customer service, ordered furniture in Sept 18 told 6-8 week delivery still waiting Dec 18 They cannot or will not tell you what they are expecting from the supplier as seemingly they do not get advised what goods they are receiving, very happy to take your money, will not consider returning your deposit despite them breaking the contract, DO NOT CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY
