“We recently purchased a 3 seater sofa and a armchair from your store in Coatbridge, and we must say that the service we received from sales assistant Robert was second to none, he was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him, it made the purchasing experience very pleasurable.”

“This is my 4th time ordering furniture and garden furniture from designer rooms. I have always had a great experience and in store the staff are all so helpful and can’t do enough for you. Mostly I have dealt with Saira who has gone above and beyond helping with any questions or queries I do have. Everything is dealt with efficiently and can’t thank her enough.”

“We visited the clearance shop in Air today Spoke to Robert who couldn't be nicer Found the lamps I loved and has ordered them, so i could collect in a branch nearer to me Very professional and knowledgeable Regarding the stock ... An accet to the company Looking forward to picking up my new lanps soon Thanks Robert”

“Visited the Braehead store where James advised us regarding the items were were looking at. He was very professional and enquired into delivery timescales for us before giving us an estimated cost before we made a final decision. On returning Leighanne dealt with us as James was not available - she was very professional in her approach and ensured all questions were answered. Both members of staff gave excellent customer service and I can not praise them enough.”

“I was buying a rug to go with my new decor and was really unsure of which one to buy. Christine the lady who works there was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and made my purchase decision so much easier and assured me that when my knew suite arrives if my rug does not work I can have a credit note or exchange which was very good to know and encouraged me to buy. Thank you Christine for all your help on Wed 1st June.”

“Ayr branch. I called into this shop just to browse. I wasn't pressured by the staff at all ( I hate it when staff are all over the customer as soon as you walk into their shop ). I bought 4 beautiful mirrored pictures and a rug. The staff, David and Robert were more than helpful so much so that they helped me to carry them all to my car which was parked down the road ( at the close off shop ). Thank you both, you come Highly recommended. Julie mathie.”
