“I was in the killie branch today and served by Lindsey C. I was in for some information on some furniture and she was really helpful and explained other options that I hadn't thought of. Nothing was a bother and everyone in the store all made me feel very welcome. Staff allowed me to browse without being pushy although they made themselves available when needed. They also helped me choose a new sensum scent too. Thanks ladies.”

“Fantastic customer service. Greeted by David at the door. I was looking for scents for my scentsy I believe vicki was the lady’s name who told me information about the scents. I selected Californian breeze which I can’t wait to try. Saw some lovely new pieces of furniture too. Look forward to my next visit”

“Visited the Ayr store today and received first class service thanks to David and Vicki. Only planned on buying one thing however as the prices were so good I bought lots. I absolutely love my new dining chairs. Ill definitely be back soon.”

“I would like to thank the two young men who delivered my new dinning table on Tuesday about 6pm it was supposed to be delivered between 2pm and 4pm they gave me a call to say they were running late but they would be with me asap they also stayed within the guide lines due to the covid restrictions nothing was any bother to them to make sure I was happy so nice to see two very nice young men doing a great job thank you very much”

“Was in the Glasgow store today and was blown away by the customer service! Not felt that way about a shopping experience for so long.. Joanne was so helpful and professional, but very friendly and warm. The store was immaculate and just made me want to purchase everything! Couldn't make my shopping experience any better at all.”

“This was our first visit to the new Prestwick showroom and my husband and I were very impressed. Lovely layout with plenty of room. We were looking for a picture for our dining room and Jasmine couldn't have been more helpful. She showed us where they were and gave us information about the one we eventually purchased. I had looked at the same picture online and Designer Rooms was £17 cheaper. Jasmine couldn't have been more helpful without being pushy. Will certainly call again!”

“Excellent service from Wishaw store. Chose an extending stone dining table and chairs. Discount given for ex display and the slightest mark underneath. Delivered on time and as requested. Slight mishap on delivery with our new flooring. Contacted customer services. They couldn't have been nicer. Apologetic and professional throughout and a satisfactory conclusion was reached. I cannot praise them enough. I cannot praise the staff in the shop, the customer service dept and the delivery men were all so nice to deal with. Credit where credit is due. We had a very good experience shopping with Designer Rooms, Wishaw and would recommend to anyone. Won't hesitate to return. Well done.👏👏👍🏻”

“First time purchasing from The Designer rooms! As a first time home owner we were so excited to get some statement pieces and our first stop was ofcourse the Silverburn store. Everything from clocks to small detailed accessories have such a wow factor. We purchased the perfect sideboard for our living room (plenty to chose from) it was a hard decision. Can’t wait for more purchases in the near furture. Caitlin, the team member was very helpful throughout the service and so friendly!”

“Been a customer for a number of years now, great service from start to finish! The staff in store are helpful, friendly (and patient!) - especially when I was furnishing my new house. Delivery guys assembled everything & nothing was too much trouble. Love my sofas and can’t wait until my kitchens finished to choose a new dining table. Highly recommend !”

“anytime I have been the shop in Kilmarnock the staff are always friendly. I stay in Ayr and bought dinning furniture. The member of staff was really helpful and explained everything very well.”
