“This is great for normal washing but my husband and two of my daughters work with livestock and it doesnt get rid of the stains or the smell in their clothes even with Napisan Vanish added so still using my old washing liquid for this.”
“There are many aspects to what your company does that I love. The ordering is quick and easy. The delivery is super fast. I have yet to make use of the return option, I think the envelopes that can be purchased are a little pricey. The bottle is beautiful and I love that the pipe goes all the way to the bottom so that you can use every single drop.
Where I found I have issue is with the cleaning product itself. My clothes felt like they came out dirtier than when they went in, even if I used double the amount of product recommended. Even if washing the clothes twice.
What this product is absolutely great at is cleaning my hair. As an all natural product I've started using it as a shampoo and it is the best product I've ever used!! No more frizz, my hair is lighter and has more volume and I have been able to extend the period between washes.
I have recommended the product on this basis multiple times.”

We're so sorry to hear about Dirt's performance with muddy clothes. There's a few tricks to maximise Dirt’s performance that I thought I would share with you in case they helped.
- It is best to soak soiled clothes like gym wear or soiled clothing for about half an hour before putting them in the wash.
- Dirt actually works best at 40 degrees as this is the optimal temperature to activate the cleaning ingredients, i.e.. surfactants and enzymes. We would recommend this temperature, or higher, for very soiled clothes, where possible.
- Make sure your machine is clean. Often, damp like smells are hosted in the machine, not the clothes or the detergent. If you're using detergents that have synthetic smells, you won't notice how large the buildup is until you switch to natural scents (which don't mask bad odours like synthetic smells, they just add nice odours to the mix).

“I've been using the original Dirt for a couple of years now and it does a good job. I do find it leaves my clothes a bit crunchy. I'm committed to using the product though because of their social impact and values. Great to see them come out with a soft wash option, which works really well.”
“The only issue I have with the product is its capacity to fizz during the QLD summer months. I have it stored in the laundry cupboard in the dark. I either have to relieve the canister pressure every few days by unscrewing the pump or leave it unscrewed which is not ideal. If I don't the internal pressure buildup causes a leakage out the spout. It's almost like it's fermenting or something. The product itself works great it jst seems to be a bit unstable in warmer temps.”

“The packaging, delivery and service was great but the product did not suit my needs. After a couple of items different items with different stains came out with stains still in place, I was advised the detergent performs best at 40 degrees (warm wash). I also prefer a perfume/scent to my detergent so clothes come out "smelling clean". The very mild scent of the detergent is diluted in the wash and clothes come out without any scent, this may be great for sensitive people but may not suit others.”
