“Bought a range of products to try the 'social diet.' The shakes are tasty and filling. Some of the sachet replacement meals are however barely edible. The carbonara gives off a smell like plastic when cooking, tastes awful and the shepherds pie looked and smelled offputting. Some of the bars are ok but have a fake taste. I would buy the shakes again but will pass on the meals. Slightly disappointed as was committed to trying this 100%. Will not be eating the meals I have left.”

“So far so good - I used Exante a few years ago and lost 3 stone but they have now closed down. The shakes are similar, less sweet and less calories (Exante 200 kcal, Keediet 125 kcal) I like the fact that salad and veg are allowed (albeit limited range but it’s still proper food!) the proof will be in the pudding so to speak - fingers crossed!”

“So far it’s been ok- I was expecting it to be more difficult but surprisingly I’m doing ok! The taste of meals are ok also although portion sizes are small.”

“I was a bit disappointed that each bar has only around 15g protein, which is okay if four meals a day are replaced, but not enough to replace one main meal out of two. Also, the delivery information stated that standard deliveries are on weekdays, so I thought it would be okay to go out. Delivery was attempted on the Saturday and the Sunday.”

“I have used keediet shakes for a while. I use them as a fasting exercise where for one week I have 3 shakes a day. Then I have 2 days a week where I only have 3 shakes. This helps me keep control of my weight. I also buy the bars as an alternative for one of the shakes.”

“The Kee Diet. if yu want to Loose weight and get into the clothes you havent been in for a few years then this is the diet you want its quick coming off its safe and you dont need to pay through the Nose. myself i choose the shakes every time its very low once you get over the first 3 x days the cravings stop. best Diet i ever went on, Thank you.”

“I was 22 stone when I started the keediet rapid burn for 3 months just soups and shakes 5 a day when I finished I got down to 16 stone and 5 pounds that was with working out at the gym 4 days a week it was very hard not to deviate from it but I stuck to it and the results was worth it. I recommend. I highly recommend the Key diet but only for short term if you’re looking for weight loss I’ve got a lot about the nutrition side of things with the keediet.”

“I used to use another diet food company, then I saw this site and thought I would give it a try. I must say the oatmeal porridge,sweet & sour noodles a couple of others meals don't taste like there name suggests. I was very dissatisfied. The shakes & bars I ordered are ok.. Please can I send some back and swop ?”

“I have lost 1 stone in 4 weeks so I am delighted with the progress I have made. Keediet provides detailed instructions and useful information on their website which explains how each plan works and what to expect when following this diet. I think Keediet products are very good value and the shakes and bars taste good. The first 3 days are the hardest as your body adjusts but then suddenly on day 4, you start feeling great and believe you can continue for as long as you need to, to get to your target weight.”
