“I have lost 1 stone in 4 weeks so I am delighted with the progress I have made. Keediet provides detailed instructions and useful information on their website which explains how each plan works and what to expect when following this diet. I think Keediet products are very good value and the shakes and bars taste good. The first 3 days are the hardest as your body adjusts but then suddenly on day 4, you start feeling great and believe you can continue for as long as you need to, to get to your target weight.”

“Although what I've had was good it wasnt made clear that most of the cooked stuff is microwave reliant. I don't have a microwave and have no intention of getting one so its not a diet i can sustain.”

Hi Steven, Sorry to hear you were not 100% happy, although we are pleased you did enjoy some of our products. Most of the meals can also be prepared on a stove/hob in a saucepan to and take around the same amount of prep time, maybe a tiny bit longer. “I have purchased various products from KeeDiet over the years, my preference is the shakes, I normally have 2-3 a day as well as healthy meals, they have kept me at the same weight, no need to attend Slimming Clubs etc., do a little exercise daily, I am now 77, I get any extra vitamins I need from the shakes and not only that they taste yummy, in summer add ice and you get a really thick shake, in winter more latte and soups, highly recommend from my point of view of keeping weight in check, and keeping healthy, customer service is excellent and are alway there for you no matter how trivual the question.”

“Fantastic products. Such a great choice. I have to say the maple syrup pancakes are my absolute favourite for breakfast. I make them with less milk than advertised. They are like something naughty by not. Fantastic diet and costs less than competitors. At the end of the day weight loss is mindset and this diet is definitely a good way of getting there.”

I was delighted to use my discount code, hassle free. The shake packs are delicious and surprisingly filling. Highly recommend Keediet to anyone serious about losing weight but doesn’t want to to commit to attending embarrassing diet groups or waste time filling out endless questionnaires. The keediet website is full of helpful tips and comprehensive information about their products. Another great thing about Keediet is that they don’t pressurise you or keep sending you emails every 5 minutes, trying to get you to buy more.”

“Their protein soups and pancakes are really tasty and do such a good job at keeping the calories and blood sugar down while making you feel full. The shakes are great too but I’m less of a milk shake person so I stick to the soups when I want to lose weight.”

“Absolutely loved the cafe latte, chocolate and vanilla shakes the chicken soup and the creamy veg soup. Wasn’t a fan of the carbonara or Thai soup bars were tasty still got some products left to try. Over all very impressed.”

“Since you started your new website, the 20 shake box is no longer available. I used this option a lot and found it a cost effective bundle to top up when I needed to. Now I have to buy 20 individual shakes instead of a bundle or pay out for a 50 bundle, both are more expensive. It would be great to bring it back!”

“Products work well. Once you find the products you prefer you get into a good rhythm. The vanilla shake is a favourite for breakfast followed my a peanut bar for lunch, and dinner i have a pancake with a shake which works well for me! There are lots of other meal options but I think you have to find what works for you. Drinking lots of water is important!”
