“I am going to be 100% honest. I didn't buy KeeDiet for to loose weight. I came across this company because I was looking for a meal substitute. Why? Because I am foreign and after nearly 5 years of eating British food, my body just can't tolerate it anymore. I work 8 to 5 Monday to Friday and I don't have time to cook, so I used to buy takeaway or prepaid meals in supermarkets. When I began to feel ill after each meal (diarrea, costipation, headaches, nauseas and other things) I decided to change strategy and I began to search of prepaid meals in independent brands. I tried alt least 5 companies but my health didn't improve. I don't know what additives, preservers, spices or what people put in the food her that is making me feel so ill. Then I got the thought as an extreme decision that I should try those shakes than substitute meals and voilà! I found KeeDiet. I decided to buy the test box and.... It was amazing! It was the firt time in al least 8 months that I eaten something I didn't prepare from scratch that didn't make me ill! The flavour was really nice and despite I was sceptical, I felt full and I wasn't hungry until the next meal. I can feel like I am recovering my health. The thing I most like is that you don't need to do those rubbish suscriptions. I can buy the food I want whenever I want. The shipping is fast as well. And the meals are with a very good price! I think this will work as well for old people with eating problems. For example my mum is very old and her windpipe is closing up. I think this kind of "meals" will help her to eat easy and with the nutrients the body needs. Thank you KeeDiet. I was nearly to give up. I am soooo glad that I found you.”

“Managed to lose some pre Christmas weight using KeeDiet products. I've used Exante before and KeeDiet seemed similar. I think these products are better, the savoury meal ones are tasty and so are the breakfast ones. I'll be ordering again soon.”

“I’ve recently been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes but couldn’t stomach the shakes as part of the Route to Remission. Tried Keediet shakes as an alternative and these are much better in terms of taste, texture and overall quality. Will be phurchssing more as easing myself into the plan each day.”

“This is a wonderful program.There's plenty of variety in the meal replacements and shakes with the option of tasty filling extras if needed. The support staff are very helpful and most encouraging. Using skimmed milk for mixing is a new concept to me but it really helps to give more feeling of fullness for very few extra calories.”
