“i have been off plan for a bit as i suffer with PTSD and find my day to day routine all over the place , my weight fluctuates but from monday 5th jan am on plan to start my journey and i need to feel like me again its hard but i have to try my best Thank u for my order too xx”

“I only purchased 3 different items - red fruit shake, vegetable soup and chicken soup. Taste nice enough - better than other VLCD products that I've tried - delivered quickly and packaged well.”

“Their protein soups and pancakes are really tasty and do such a good job at keeping the calories and blood sugar down while making you feel full. The shakes are great too but I’m less of a milk shake person so I stick to the soups when I want to lose weight.”

“Absolutely loved the cafe latte, chocolate and vanilla shakes the chicken soup and the creamy veg soup. Wasn’t a fan of the carbonara or Thai soup bars were tasty still got some products left to try. Over all very impressed.”

“I have lost 5.5 Stone since May. I love this product. Not all their products suit me but I have two colleagues on it too now and we all like different things. I am using the bars to try and maintain my new weight. Officially not over weight anymore. Whoop whoop. 🙌”

“Since you started your new website, the 20 shake box is no longer available. I used this option a lot and found it a cost effective bundle to top up when I needed to. Now I have to buy 20 individual shakes instead of a bundle or pay out for a 50 bundle, both are more expensive. It would be great to bring it back!”

“Products work well. Once you find the products you prefer you get into a good rhythm. The vanilla shake is a favourite for breakfast followed my a peanut bar for lunch, and dinner i have a pancake with a shake which works well for me! There are lots of other meal options but I think you have to find what works for you. Drinking lots of water is important!”

“I always buy the Chicken Soup - my breakfast everyday! I know, weird, but suits me! Your service and delivery is excellent and the e-mail follow-ups most helpful. Been buying from you for many years now and have tried various soups but now only buy the Chicken - Vegetable passable but I choose a consistent (v easy) breakfast!! Actually very disappointed in the newish Tomato - not really creamy and lots of unexpected "bits" in it! This is feed back for you, as a company, - not a review although the service aspect is meant - truly complimentary!”

“I ordered the 5 sample items to sample 5 products, all very good. I also bought the chocolate soya balls, took a little getting used to the taste but really like them now. I also bought the mousse which is fantastic but the icing on the cake for me was the chocolate biscuits 😋 yum.Fast delivery also. I will be ordering again soon.”

“Good products, badly let down by using Evri as a courier. This morning they claimed "no-one was in at 09:46" when the delivery was to a business of over 35 people that is open from 8:30-5:30. I cannot contact them to complain as there are no email addresses or phone numbers - just a useless 'chatbot'. Have this problem every time with Evri, why any business that values their customers would use them is beyond me!”

Hi Paul, thanks for taking the time to publish your review. Unfortunately EVRI can offer an unreliable service in some areas and this is mainly down to your local Depo and Drivers as they are subcontracted. We do however offer a possible upgrade to DPD 1 to 2 day delivery service if you are unhappy with the EVRI service in your area. Our Standard Delivery 4 to 7 day service with EVRI is offerred as a cheaper alternative for our clients as it is often also a reliable service in some areas. However, we are very pleased to hear that you were happy with our products but a little disappointed with the 2 stars awarded based on the EVRI delivery. Awarded Stars are very important to us and affect our ranking, it would be greatly appreciated if you would reconsider the stars awarded as we have noted your comments regarding EVRI.

“I did my original weight loss on KeeDiet (800 calories), and now revert to it for a few weeks when I need to shift some pounds gained. I like that it reliably loses me an average of more than 2 lbs a week, and being able to mix porridge, bar and shake through the day helps.”

Hi Theresa, Thank you for your review and we are glad you enjoyed our products. We are sorry to hear your 'White Sachet' leaflet was missed from your order. Our team generally wrap any white sachets with a leaflet for ease of use. The White Sachets are just a temporary measure whilst we await our branded shakes which should be back with us shortly.

“I have tried 4 shakes of different flavours. I'm not keen on the peanut butter one but I did enjoy the strawberry, mixed fruit and latte flavours. I will probably order again once I have tried the rest. I like that you mix them with water as opposed to milk.”
