“I am a first time buyer looking to invest in a mortgage, Brad Potter couldn't have been more helpful in my initial consultation and answering any queries I had over the phone. He in depth went through the whole process, costs I am looking to incur upon making and finalising offers and was able to give me a rough idea of what I could lend with my current deposit & earnings. Also, gave me other options to look into to enable me to lend more with the help of a parent. Now, I am being sorted a decision in principle so my house hunting can be speedier and smoother. Thank you Brad for your support in my journey.”

“I would recommend the Mortgage Hut to anyone looking to buy a house. The whole team was fantastic! Very professional and always followed up. My advisor Georgiana went over and beyond to make our dream of buying a house come true. She stood by us every step of the way and made the whole process so seamless. “I first heard about Kiran/Mortgage Hut through a friend of the family. We had used the same mortgage broker for years on our portfolio and we were nervous about changing. Kiran was fast and efficient from the first call. She explained the products that would suit our needs in great depth and within a day had an mip that we needed to progress a prompt purchase. “Elliot, Becca, Ash just to name a few of the fantastic Mortgage hut team members who helped my husband and I to get onto the property ladder. What seemed once upon a time like an impossible dream to get ourselves a home of our own is now a reality which we cannot thank you all for each and every piece of input you have all contributed. He always answered my emails and any questions promptly.. even replied to me on a Sunday. They also put us in contact with insurance company ensuring that we had good cover. All paperwork provided promptly and happy to go over it with us. Feels like an excellent one-stop shop for everything relating to getting a mortgage and cannot recommend them highly enough. 5* performance all round.”

“cannot explain just how amazing, reassuring, helpful, efficient and competent Natasha Strath has been. I was recommended this company though my sister who frequently uses them. My partner had some adverse credit history making the application of a mortgage particularly stressful and more challenging. Natasha was open, honest and knowledgeable. From first point of contact customer service and communication was outstanding. Whenever Natasha said she would call or email, she did. Infact, she even called on days off to ensure we were updated. This was exceptional commitment and she went above and beyond. We were informed of every step and what the requirements were. Natasha made us feel less stressed and reassured us that we would get a mortgage despite some history and explained all options clearly and enabled us to feel a part of the whole process. The only disappointing part was the mortgage provider who didn't offer the best service yet Andy and Natasha's service made this less painful than it would have been. It was totally out of their control and they frequently chased the underwriter on our part. I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend. Great service and Natasha is an asset to the mortgage hut.”

“I would definitely recommend the Mortgage Hut as Leah was able to find us a 95% mortgage after another broker said we wouldn't be able to find a lender. We were really worried that we wouldn't be able to buy the kind of property we wanted as the lender recommended by the estate agent could only find 90% mortgages for us, so we searched for a new broker with a bit more expertise. Leah got us back on track when she secured us the offer we wanted with a reputable lender and a reasonable interest rate. She was 100% there for us, taking away some of the stress that comes with buying a home, with her brilliant customer service and advice that felt impartial. We are now in our new home. Thanks again for all your help!”
