“I would 100% recommend The Mortgage Hut and I will definately be using them again when I need to renew. My advisor was Dan Dawkins and he was brilliant throughout my property purchase. From the very start he made the whole process very easy, explained everything clearly and he gave me advice whenever I needed it. Dan pulled out all the stops at short notice to get the approval for my mortgage offer. And as we approached completion and my mortgage offer was at risk of expiring he contacted me when he was on holiday to make sure all was ok. I couldn't have asked for more from Dan and the team. Thank you Dan and everyone at The Mortgage Hut.”

“With being a first time buyer, mortgages was something I knew practically nothing about and was incredibly overwhelming. Dan made this experience so much easier. He explained everything in such detail and found the best rates and made sure that everything was completely affordable for myself and my partner. He also helped us sort out mortgage protection which was another thing I knew nothing about! I can’t thank Dan and everyone at the mortgage Hut enough for all their amazing help! I would 100% recommend their services and already have given their details to people who are also looking to buy their first properties! Thank you so much Dan :)”

“This is the second time we have had the pleasure of working with Georgiana, she's fantastic at what she does and always gives us very good advice to steer us in the right direction. Getting a mortgage is one of the most important things we do and can be a very scary experience. Georgiana takes the fear out of it and every conversation is like you are talking to a friend. If you are on the fence don't be. The mortgage hut have your back!”

“Really excellent support and help during the purchasing process - perfect for a first time buyer like myself. Throughout they’ve always been able to fully explain every aspect & all the staff are super friendly and helpful, so no question is a silly one! I was quite worried about completing all the forms for the mortgage, so I was greatly relieved when Dan completed it all for me! In the current climate it’s great that they are set up for everything to be via phone or email, rather than relying on face to face appointments, that was perfect for my working patterns as it was so much easier to fit in. Plus it was easier just to drop a line with any questions I had or if I didn’t understand something. They’ve been worth every penny, not just with getting the mortgage through in a great deal, but also with Dave providing updates to me from the solicitor. I can’t rate them highly enough!”

“Leah was amazing, so professional, She helped every step of the way and i couldn't ask for anyone better. “We thought we had an unsolvable mortgage issue but the advisors, we had a few, were helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Our mortgage issue was solved and the wrap around service was there if we needed it.”
