“Amy was very kind and helpful. She explained to me everything perfectly but also kept in touch with me to ensure that I am covered. I would definetaly continue with the mortgage hut if our circumstances were different.”

“Incredible service. Did everything possible to help me out, went above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough! Jennifer was amazing and cannot fault anything. Not a straightforward application request but she made sure she did everything to help us out.”

“My Mortgage advisor, Jacky Lambert, was absolutely great from start to finish. My daughter and I had complex needs for a mortgage, and despite several setbacks over the course of a long period (which weren't under Jackys' control), she always let us know what our options were, kept us well informed and was able to arrive at a solution. She was also very patient with me as I'm not a very proficient computer literate. I would highly recommend her. The £999 broker fee is rather high, but if all the other advisors are up to Jackys' standard it represents good value!”

“I found myself in a very stressful situation with a roof bill and not knowing which way to turn. I called The Mortgage Hut and after having my first telephone appointment with Kelly I immediately felt relieved that not only had I shared my predicament with someone that it was possible to get it sorted out. It has been a pleasure dealing with Kelly, a very professional and helpful advisor and would definitely recommend the Mortgage Hut.”

“For someone who's constantly looking in every corner to save some money (especially in these tough days of energy bills and inflation soaring), I'm so so happy that I decided to hire Kelly Ladlow at The Mortgage Hut. I knew her from her previous company, where it was massively recommended by a good friend of mine. Kelly has been incredibly helpful, while always explaining things with patience and detail for financial dummies like myself :-) Absolutely recommended if you don't want to toss and turn in bed while wondering if you've made the best call with your mortgage.”

“We weren't exactly a simple case due to past credit issues. Like all brokers we'd spoken to, Kelly told us that it'd be no trouble at all, and that she could definitely help us find and secure a mortgage. Unlike all the other brokers we'd spoken to... Kelly and the team actually delivered! Today, after many years, we finally got the mortgage offer we'd been hoping for and the team at the mortgage hut have been in our corner throughout. We are very grateful, and would certainly recommend them to others.”

“Kieren and Natasha have been very helpful in helping us get our first mortgage. Our circumstances were unique because we’re junior doctors from abroad and had a short uk residential history. The mortgage hut provides a very good service and our contact with the team began when we’re still enquiring about our options a year ago. They guided us about the correct avenue to pursue from then till the point we actually received our offer. They continued to guide us patiently despite us getting anxious about the process at times. We would definitely recommend their services to others. Their fees are reasonable and any costs are conveyed quite transparently.”

“This must be the 5th time that we have used Jacky L from The Mortgage Hut. Each time she has given us good choices of products and made the process of remortgaging smooth. “Right from the off, the service has been fantastic. From life cover, family protection, income protection and mortgage advice, they have been amazing. You are dealing with real people, who care and want what's best for you. We certainly felt well looked after, comfortable and a priority through the whole process. I couldn't recommend them more, we are based hundreds of miles away from Mortgage hut, but they are always there to help. Response times are amazing. I work in a family business and that is the feel that they gave me, I felt part of their team while we sorted everything we needed to move. Stress free. I would recommend to all. A huge thank you to Freddie, Becca and Ash.”

“It’s only 5 because of Nicola and Natasha, I had rocky 5 months (not all down to the mortgage hut) with someone who no longer works there, however Nicola and Natasha helped get it across the line, their communication and information and whatever they did behind the scenes to get everything sorted is something I am truly grateful for even something that seems small as in a phone call rather than email makes all the difference so 5 stars for them and Thankyou :)”
