“ Should be investigated. The first company ever. Placed an order 1 month ago. Didn't receive the item or any instructions of delivery. Have spent hours on the the phone waiting to get through. Emailed, done live chat, getting nowhere. I'm about to call my bank to ask about charge back. Shocking they are are allowed to trade like this. ”
