Terrible customer service.
- Very Disappointed
It cost me £6 to send it back definitely won’t be using that service again other stores like next sell things for other people, but happy to take it back to the store as our John Lewis very disappointed in The Range where I have been a really good customer for many years .

The Range customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across. Bought a couple of sofas when came was damaged and very poor quality. Wanted to send them back 3 weeks later I’m still stuck with them emailing daily. Very very very poor ….. Stay away …
