Terrible customer service , late order not resolved - rang customer care number to no avail . Will never set foot anywhere near this store again.

Absolutely terrible system for chasing VERY LATE ORDERS. The website makes it almost impossible. Waited on the phone for 2 hours before giving up. Online form only allows you to cancel or replace items - I just want what I’ve ordered! If it ain’t in store and you can’t carry it out yourself, don’t bother ordering. Terrible, TERRIBLE service. Awful.

Ordered items, paid to be delivered by certain date, not received, really hard to get hold of them, not helpful at all, said despatched and with courier, courier say not received still with The Range . Still no sign whatsoever of items being delivered, never order from them again as customer service don’t want to know. And when you bring it up on their page, they delete it !
