“ The shopping was great but the cashier was terrible she told me she had applied my student discount as I had spent over £40 but when I got home and checked she hadn't she lied to me terrible customer service I emailed customer services head office to be told digital uni days is unacceptable really all uni discounts are digital nothing is in paper form also told the amount spent does not include Icelands when clearly the receipt forwarded shows shopping at The Range NOT Icelands obviously not bothered to even look at at the receipt DIABOLICAL service all round and expensive won’t be going again ”
