love the shop but service is rubbish trying to send faulty trolly and now given up, going round in circles, send messages and get no wear

I am absolutely fuming ! The Range customer service is a joke . I bought a rug ,they sent the wrong one, I returned on 20th January and after many emails and messages and chat STILL NO refund . I would advise customers not to order on line from The Range as it is near impossible to get answers or your refund . J. Toy
