Nerivio does differ from other devices- Nerivio® is a remote electrical neurostimulator (REN) which works by applying an electrical signal to sensory nerves in the arm to activate one of your body’s natural pain regulation mechanisms called Conditioned Pain Modulation (CPM). The peripheral activation of Aδ and C fibers in the arm sends a signal to pain control centers in the lower brain to release pain inhibiting molecules that inhibit migraine pain signals. “It works great if the migraine is not severe. If severe and lasting 24 hours i needed other meds. Today it took 2 nerivio treatments, ubrelvy, imatrex injection, 2 Diflucan and solan paws pain patch on my neck.”

“Terrible customer service. I’ve called 3 times about a replacement arm band and still haven’t received one. I also have a valid prescription but am getting a message through the app that it’s expired. I can’t even use this device since I don’t have an arm band.”

A new armband was previously overnighted to you. Please let us know if you have not received it. Unfortunately, prescriptions do have a 12-month expiration, regardless of how many refills are remaining. We are happy to see that the pharmacy was able to get a new prescription from your provider. Please also let us know if you have not received your refill as well.

“I feel it may help in addition to the Nurtec and Fioricet. It definitely doesn’t seem to make an impact on it’s own. I usually set it to 50+ and have even worked up to 100 but that didn’t make a difference.”
