“I do not see any way to record the intensity of my headache after I complete a Nerivio treatment. How will anyone know if it works??”

Thank you for letting us know about your experience. Maybe this will help! There are 2 sets of questions one at the start of a treatment and one at 2 hours post-treatment (The questions are the same pre and post-treatment). The questions are as follows: 1. Rate your current headache level: (choose only one option) 2. Are you experiencing any of these symptoms? (check all that apply) 3. Rate your ability to perform your usual activities: (choose only one option) 4. Within 2 hours after the start of treatment, did you take a dose of (lists medication options) If you have any other questions or concerns, please give us a call at Nerivio Cares at (937)‐637‐4846 Monday‐Friday 8am‐8pm EST.

“Device will not stay connected. I have to continuously restart my phone before Device will connect, then 30 seconds later disconnects again.”

“Device won't successfully connect despite troubleshooting for several hours. Tried contacting customer support but no response. Currently have migraine.”

“It doesn’t connect most times that I try it. It helped one out of three times but the effect only lasted for 30 minutes.”

“Only first time using this. To be fair I didn’t start using it within the first 60 minutes of the onset of my migraine. My experience was awful. I felt worse after I used it than before. Plus I had the worse underarm body odor after using it. Not inclined to use it again.”

“I tried one treatment there was no change at all in my migraine. I had a second treatment and that did nothing as well.”

“Useless for me. I had hopes. Does this really work for anybody? 45 minutes of annoyance during a migraine gaining on me. Sorry guys. I wanted it to be a success.”
