If you have treated with Nerivio and have not experienced relief/freedom, or the migraine has returned, you may administer additional treatments on the same day. We recommend you switch arms between treatments. Nerivio Cares customer support (support@nerivio.com / 866-637-4846) is also available to help you get the most effective treatment with your device. Please consult with your healthcare provider if you are unsure how to continue your treatment plan.

Product has been very helpful with pain control in most cases. The struggle to the device to pair correctly, or get it on the upper arm when neck pain is already high, or to get the app to actually consistently work when needed is a problem. At least 30% of the time either the app will not open and I have to restart my phone or the device will not pair.

We're glad you've found relief with Nerivio and appreciate you sharing your feedback. Please follow the below steps to troubleshoot the Bluetooth connection: 1. Turn your phone off and back on. 2. Turn Bluetooth off and back on again in the settings menu. Do not try to pair the device from the Bluetooth menu. 3. Place the device next to the phone on a table. (If the device is on your arm please remove when connecting.) 4. Turn on the device by pushing the power button (green light will flash). 5. Open the Nerivio App on your phone. 6. Press the “Connect Nerivio” button. 7. Wait 10 seconds to see if the device automatically pairs or prompts you to pair for the first time. 8. If this does not work, please contact Nerivio Cares at 937-637-4846 for assistance.

Love that I can use Nerivio anywhere. I strap it on at work when I feel an onset and continue my day while the pulses help my migraine.

I have had a dramatic reduction in the frequency and severity of my migraines. Pain is easier to manage with simply ibuprofen.

I have used this device for a couple years and know that the process helps my pain level I am mostly able to use at home so that I can optimize the meditation along with the arm device. I always have it with me so that I can at least use the device while away from home. Thank you Nerivio!

I’ve run out of options, and I’m becoming very skeptical of all these medication’s in there long term affects on my health. I found out about this while researching devices for headaches and it’s been very very helpful. I’m very shocked at my neurologist never even heard of it, but was willing to send in a prescription for me. I guess we’re all they do is push drugs at you they don’t get to know about these things. I’m now using this instead of breakthrough migraine medication when Botox doesn’t cut it. I will have to see how this works when the Botox wears off and things get really severe. I suspect it will work just fine I hope.
