I’ve used it 2-3 times already and it brought my migraine attacks down from a 7 or 8 to a 3. I’ve been setting the intensity between 30-38% and any higher, noticed my arm became numb close to the area where the device is. Wasn’t sure if that was normal.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Regarding your inquiry about the intensity, here are our recommendations: -Since each migraine attack is different, there is no one right setting. The intensity should be strong, but never painful or uncomfortable, and should be set within the first few minutes of treatment.    -The + and – buttons on your phone screen allow you to set the level, and just after you start a treatment, you can repeatedly press the “plus” button to increase the intensity until the sensation feels strong but not uncomfortable.  -During clinical trials, the most effective treatment was obtained with intensities over 20% and with averages between 25 and 35%. If you do not get to 20%, however, do not worry, as long as it feels strong. -Although the intensity may feel as if it gets weaker during treatment; this is normal and is just your body adjusting to the sensation; there is no need to increase the intensity further.  If your migraine headache is not aborted following treatment, or the headache returns, you may administer additional treatments. We do not have a limit on the number of times you may treat in a day, though we have no data on daily or long-term use. Please consult your healthcare provider to discuss long-term use. I have found it reduces symptoms and my migraines last less time. It went from 2-3 days to 1-2 with less symptoms to that are less severe. it helps about 80% of the time allowing for me to do things needed of me. The app does have some bugs needing fixing though. Including the fact that sometimes it disconnects from my phone randomly but continues to go, not allowing for any change or to turn in it off.

It has seemed to maybe work a couple times when started very early, before I’m actually sure a real migraine will come on. It has never worked once pain is moderate. Not sure I’ll order another

I can't honestly review this product. I was rx'd the Nerivio but have a different type of headache and it doesn't work for my type. Trying it anyway just to see if there is any relief but there hasn't been

After the first few uses, I have had to restart my phone every time I want to use it, to get it to connect to my phone. Even unpairing and trying to re-pair it doesn't work, it requires a full pound restart. Which isn't the best to hassle with when you are getting a headache. I wish I could use the device by itself, without having to connect to my phone at all.

I think it is easy to use. I think at the beginning I had it set too high. I have also found success using Nerivio and Ubrelvy at the same time.

You only get 12 treatments initially and it’s not enough to decide if it’s actually working or not? First refill is $10 after that it’s $99 and not covered by insurance. Hard to justify paying $99 for a therapy if you’re not sure it works

Helps to take my mind off the pain at the current time, but I haven’t found relief afterwards yet. Still willing to try it longer and see how it continues to work

Feedback: -make more migraine symptoms such as dizziness/lightheaded and anxiety/depression -make a possible life factors category in the daily diary section with multiple choice selections such as caffeine intake, time of day of headache, sleep, eating habits, etc.

Overall my migraine symptoms are fairly mild. I'm not sure if using Nerivio is an improvement over the homeopathic remedies I take.
