I always have a migraine just different levels but I'm allowed 1 feedback daily. Today upon awakening it seemed mild ... and then it started to ramp up. Now it is really painful. I did the treatment twice. I am not having any relief. Thank you for all you try to do.

I am still very new at using Nerivio. When I have a migraine it is difficult for me to place and secure the unit on my upper arm. I am working with other materials such as a stretchy head band, ACE bandage, etc can I place the unit below the elbow? I know this is not ideal but the upper arm placement overly stresses me. UPDATE 3 weeks later- ACE bandage works much better. I’m becoming more adept at securing the unit to my upper arm during a migraine.

It's OK. It definitely works better when I take it at the first sign. It doesn't make it completely stop, but seems to prevent it from worsening.

It has reduced some migraine symptoms, but not taken away my migraine after any usage.

In our clinical trial of adults with non-chronic migraine:   66.7% of participants reported a reduction of migraine attack pain to mild or none.   37.4 % reported complete relief of migraine attack pain.   46.3% report relief of their Most-Bothersome symptoms (MBS's), including photophobia, phonophobia, nausea.   We will email you some tips on how to get the most-effective treatment from your Nerivio Device. nervio works temporarily. it only helps my headaches and migraines while i’m using it, but once i stop using it, the headache or migraine comes right back.

So far it takes the edge off, still have migraine after treatment and have to take other medicines but Inwill keep trying and hopefully it will start working more

At the 20 minutes left point I began having dizziness. It only lasted a couple of minutes. Now a couple of hours later I’m dizzy again. That’s disappointing.

It just doesn’t seem to help. I don’t know if I’m using it correctly but it’s not working. This morning migraine woke me up at 5 am. It was in forehead & behind eyes @ burning in back of head. At 6:30 it has miggrated to behind ears too.

It is still new. I have felt slightly better but no significantly so. I’m hoping that the effect will prove better as I continue to use the machine.

I like to wear it when relaxing or putting myself to bed. It eases the pain for a while but does come back unfortunately.

For a non-Migraine it helps doesn’t curate helps for a severe migraine it doesn’t touch nothing and I can’t play with my phone to answer stupid questions when I have a severe migraine were to push button

I have yet to be headache free after using. I almost always have to have my meds to completely get relief.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience with Nerivio. Here is some information that may help: Basic Connectivity 1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned “on” on your phone. Do not try to pair the device from the Bluetooth menu. 2. Place the device next to the phone on a table. (If the device is on your arm please remove when connecting.) 3. Turn on the device by pushing the power button (green light will flash slowly). 4. Open the Nerivio App on your phone. 5. Select connect device. You will see a spinning wheel and will be asked to pair the device. 6. When the green “start” icon appears in the center of the screen, you are connected and ready to treat! If these steps do not work, you may need to restart your phone and try again. If you need additional assistance, please call Nerivio Cares at (937)‐637‐4846. We are available Monday‐Friday 8 AM ‐ 8 PM EST.

Here is a summary and video that may be helpful to you. Difference between TENS and Nerivio® Standard transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulators (TENS devices) on the market are designed with specific electrical parameters that activate touch fibers. The activation of touch fibers at the site of pain can temporarily inhibit the signaling of pain. That is why a TENS unit is applied to the site of pain. To better illustrate this mechanism, when a person hits their head on something and rubs it to alleviate the pain, they are mechanically activating touch fibers when rubbing to temporarily inhibit the pain. This mechanism is known as the Gate control mechanism of pain inhibition. Nerivio® is a remote electrical neurostimulator (REN) which works by applying an electrical signal to sensory nerves in the arm to activate one of your body’s natural pain regulation mechanisms called Conditioned Pain Modulation (CPM). The peripheral activation of Aδ and C fibers in the arm sends a signal to pain control centers in the lower brain to release pain inhibiting molecules that inhibit migraine pain signals. The electrical parameters of the Nerivio device are specifically designed to activate sensory fibers. TENS devices have different electrical parameters that activate touch fibers. Because of the difference in electrical parameters, the two devices have different mechanisms of action and are not interchangeable.
