“Delighted with my order, everything I have tried so far is delicious, a bit more pricey than other places but the food is worth it. I had an issue with 2 packs of pies not being delivered, however on reporting it I did get a response really quickly. The missing items didn’t arrive when I was first advised, and no one contacted me to inform me but again a quick response when I reached out and they arrived second time round. More communication would be great, as I shouldn’t have had to chase up what was happening. Only other sticking point is you can’t order everything they sell directly from them. I’d love to try the Apple and banoffee crumbles for example but these seem to be exclusive to QVC and I refuse to pay £5-6 per item ordered for delivery from QVC, plus for many items QVC charge more than ordering direct. Bit of a shame as I would order more regularly if all items were available to buy direct from you.”

“Had email to say my delivery was coming on a certain day , made arrangements to be in and my sister came to collect her half of the order. Late afternoon I checked and an email said it was coming the next day.Have been very happy with your service but this time something went wrong.”

“For dinner I recommend the Chestnut Mushroom, Leek and Stilton pie is amazing, filling expertly prepared and pastry created to very high standards. Tried, tested and approved. Artisan product. For desert the Rocky Road wins. This product has the right amount of everything and nothing could beat the Millionaires Shortbread but this artisan product can.”

“Went down an absolute treat with my family. I obviously took all the credit for a great meal! There was such a great selection that we all had a different pie. They were just the right size and perfect amount of filling. Very tasty indeed. I had frozen them and defrosted them overnight and they still came out perfect. We finished off with a crumble which we actually shared one between two, and they were delicious.”
