“Wonderful products which are ethically sourced. The shop is a fragrant delight to visit! I particularly like the handwash and bath foam products. So many beautiful aromas and such good value. The cafe offers lovely food and great coffee and cake, in very pleasant surroundings, and is very reasonably priced.”

“For me these products are idyllic. They're fragrant, they feel good on my skin: the soap lathers enough but not over so, it rinses off well and leaves me feeling clean and refreshed; the cream is effective but not heavy or greasy. The company are reliable and provide delivery of well packaged eco friendly products in a timely manner. They offer a great variety of products too.”

“I have some old Ginger and Lime hand wash which is much nicer; it has ginger oil, lemon peel, lime oil among other ingredients. Although your new version is OK but I was disappointed that it did not smell as good as your older recipe.”

“Have used The Somerset Toiletry Co for a number of years now primarily to purchase the Ginger and Lime room diffuser. The price always seems to bevery competitive, fast delivery time and on the one occasion I needed to phone the member of staff I dealt with was friendly, polite and efficient. I would anticipate continuing to buy their products in the future.”

“Have always been satisfied with your service & love the Verbena shower gel and body lotion . But ordered the Verbeba spray perfume this time - what a disappointment - smells lovely when you first apply but the smell doesn't last more than 5 minutes. Won't be nuking again.”

“I like the products, but am very disappointed I am unable to buy the travel collections in bulk or at a reduced rate for businesses, as I would love to stock them at my holiday let. I am very passionate about stocking local brands/products and these would be perfect!”

“The best, richest hand creams I know, and lovely soaps too. I work as a gardener and I really need these products to keep my hands from drying out and cracking. I love the natural floral fragrances: Rose is my favourite, although I also like others like the Verbena. Thank you.”
