“Love this product but removing the stopper before use was extremely difficult. People with hand mobility orbstrength problems may struggle!”

Hi Janice, We are redesigning our reed diffusers as we understand they can be difficult to open. They should be available to purchase this Summer. In the meantime, we suggest carefully using scissors or a teaspoon to remove the stopper. Thank you for the feedback.

“Although haven't used the soap yet the experience has been 5 star. Great communication and postal updates, well packaged and arrived post haste. In the boxes great big beautiful smelling bars of soap which even my husband will be able to get his massive hands around. So at this point all good am well pleased. Oh, and the price of the mystery boxes was very reasonable.”
