“Only discovered these products fairly recently (having been given hand wash as a gift). Lovely products (particularly the soaps and hand wash) and lovely fragrances. Also excellent value and a lot less than many other brands, Will definitely be buying more!”

“I used your company for several years. You changed the AAA Rose Petal soap (do you really manufacture it?) I was assured by your rather unsympathetic customer care dept, that it was just as good and the rose perfume lasts as long. I assure you it does not. As you reap you sow. Goodbye”

Hi Colin, We now have a manufacturing facility in Somerset where we make all of our soap using sustainable palm oil. I'm sorry you weren't happy with your purchase. If you would like to return your items, we can check the quality and will happily offer you a refund.
