“Ordering & payment was very easy. I had an email the following day, suggesting delivery dates & the tank arrived as scheduled on the day we arranged, with a call from the driver an hour before. The tank seems really strong & it was a very competitive price. Very pleased with the company.”

“I ordered an 800litre bunded steel tank in green, with supporting rails. This went through without a hitch and was confirmed by email. I was given a delivery date which did not suit me. I replied by email and was immediately helped to rearrange this for a convenient day. VERY efficient and easy, thank you!! The delivery driver gave me a call just before delivery, arrived in good time and then delivered to the kerb, along my path and to the installation site - superb! Definately a good company with caring staff and very helpful - highly recommended!!”

“I purchased two 10.000 ltr potable water tanks for my homestead in Wales. As a non professional I had a few almost silly questions about what I might need. Everything was explained and I felt confident that I was ordering what was necessary for me and was not making an expensive mistake. The delivery was on time but because the entry was unconventional, the units had to be returned due to the driver being unsure if my tanks would be damaged. However, a new date and arrangement was put forward and in my case a smaller lorry was used to get these huge tanks on to my plot, and that didnt cost me extra. They arrived on a bright and sunny day, and with some effort, I managed to get them off and on a spot that was good for now. I was ready with a ramp of sorts, and they slid off in one go each time. Overal... very pleased. They were checked a second time upon their return, just in case, and to top it off the delivery drivers (two in my case) were very professional in their approach. As I say, I am a non professional, so I was very happy with the service I got, and that my issue of delivery was resolved in a professional manner. Nelly.”

“The tank has arrived and awaits installation. My only complaint is that - though I specified in my order that I must be contacted to agree a date for delivery, I was only phoned by the driver when he was 5 minutes from my home down a small country lane. I was working abroad and had my wife not happened to be home, he would not have been able to deliver. Such a large item cannot be treated as a little packge from Amazon. There needs to be a contact number given at the time of ordering with the delivery company.”

“Good Customer support and a quick order turn around. The tank arrived earlier than expected which was great. There were a couple of draw backs as below, but all in all a good experience: The tank arrived with the paint still ‘tacky’ I assume this is because of the quick turn around and as they supply 2 bottles of paint which can be reapplied - this was fine as when the installation was complete we gave the tank a full extra coat and still had some left over for future use which is great. The tank didn’t come with a label stating its capacity or any details such as being Bunded or a serial number - I would like to see this addressed so that everyone who deals with the tank knows its specifications - from being a customer knowing its full capacity to an oil supplier knowing it is Bunded. This would also help with registering the tank installation with Oftec.”
