“Good Customer support and a quick order turn around. The tank arrived earlier than expected which was great. There were a couple of draw backs as below, but all in all a good experience: The tank arrived with the paint still ‘tacky’ I assume this is because of the quick turn around and as they supply 2 bottles of paint which can be reapplied - this was fine as when the installation was complete we gave the tank a full extra coat and still had some left over for future use which is great. The tank didn’t come with a label stating its capacity or any details such as being Bunded or a serial number - I would like to see this addressed so that everyone who deals with the tank knows its specifications - from being a customer knowing its full capacity to an oil supplier knowing it is Bunded. This would also help with registering the tank installation with Oftec.”

“Product is as described and the delivery driver was very nice considering he'd had a long day of deliveries but my estimated delivery day was Thursday so I was a bit shocked and unprepared when I got a call on my way home from work on Monday saying the tank would be with me within the hour. Luckily I have family and friends close by but everyone was scrambling when a simple email the day before or the same morning even would have caused a lot less stress.”

We have looked into your issue and have been advised by logistsics that they attempted to contact you twice to book in the delivery. As they were unable to contact you they arranged delivery in the hope that it would be successul and fortunately it was. “The website is informative and easy to use, despite this I did initially order the wrong sized tank. However The Tank Shop were helpful in changing the order. I was kept informed of delivery and when the tank arrived, the driver was very helpful in getting it into the right position. Good all round, thank you!”

“I bought the cheapest bunded tank I could afford because the oil companies are jobs worth and condemned my old one. The delivery was on time the driver was helpful, just slightly disappointed in the quality of the finish. That said I did buy budget and that doesn't reflect on the Tank shop.”
