“i found your service very good but thought there should be bretter provision for delivery it was a bit of a struggle getting it of the lorry for the diver and myself i thought he should have had a drivers mate”

“Would have been higher if delivery we on HIAB lorry with long reach, pallet truck didn’t get up drive . Office team very good”

We can offer HIAB deliveries on some products, but generally for the domestic tanks delivery is via a tail lift lorry and the positioning is for the installation team to arrange. “I telephoned this order through and they were very helpful and arranged for quick delivery. On the order form, it’s specified that the driver would contact me 30 minutes before delivery and the vehicle would have a tail lift. Unfortunately, he did not contact me and the lorry did not have a tail lift. However, I was able to get some assistance and we were able to successfully offload it. The driver was also very helpful. So overall a good experience I would consider using this company again.”

“The order was delivered as agreed and in good condition. One of the fittings needed to be corrected which was achieved promptly and so did not affect installation. This was a successful transaction.”

“Tank spec as expected and customer service and deliver all good and communication excellent. I did have a problem when delivered as tank scratched down to metal. I emailed and next day primer and paint arrived and we are gonna touch up paint in situ. I felt it was just one of those things and am happy.”

“Fantastic service especially regards to delivery which was exactly when we were told to expect it. The delivery driver was also fantastic and helped the other guys through with the tank which again didn't expect this kindness. The tank is an Atlantis 650 litre tank which looks very sturdy and has fitted well into its space. Very easy to order on line with no complications, first rate service at a very stressful time as something had gone wrong with our old tank. Would highly recommend, thanks to you all.”
