“Slightly unusual request for just one part of water tank set normally sold as a bundle worked out well and delivered quickly.”

“The website is informative and easy to use, despite this I did initially order the wrong sized tank. However The Tank Shop were helpful in changing the order. I was kept informed of delivery and when the tank arrived, the driver was very helpful in getting it into the right position. Good all round, thank you!”

“I bought the cheapest bunded tank I could afford because the oil companies are jobs worth and condemned my old one. The delivery was on time the driver was helpful, just slightly disappointed in the quality of the finish. That said I did buy budget and that doesn't reflect on the Tank shop.”

“We had to par addtitonal delviery charge to get the tank which is fine but then received a stream of calls from the delviery driver who when getting close to his destination wanted directions to the yard, despite having the full postcode and site address. My frustration is that if you are charging a premiuim for delivery than the driver should be competent to navigate or use google maps than being unable or unwilling to find it themselves.”
