“Tank spec as expected and customer service and deliver all good and communication excellent. I did have a problem when delivered as tank scratched down to metal. I emailed and next day primer and paint arrived and we are gonna touch up paint in situ. I felt it was just one of those things and am happy.”

“Fantastic service especially regards to delivery which was exactly when we were told to expect it. The delivery driver was also fantastic and helped the other guys through with the tank which again didn't expect this kindness. The tank is an Atlantis 650 litre tank which looks very sturdy and has fitted well into its space. Very easy to order on line with no complications, first rate service at a very stressful time as something had gone wrong with our old tank. Would highly recommend, thanks to you all.”

“Easy ordering, took a while to arrive! The tracking system was difficult to understand just a load of symbols and it wasn't clear when it was due to arrive. No one messaged or rang to say it was being delivered so it was lucky that I was at home!”

“Ordered a 10000 litre enduramax tank. Arrived over a week late and had the tank valve missing from the order. This then had to be sent out. Had to continually chase for delivery after having to pay extra to be delivered to the Edingburgh area. Not very good service.”

“The tank was of excellent quality and good value for the money. The sad thing that spoilt things was the delivery driver. He was most unhelpful. The gentleman i spoke to at the tank shop was a real pleasure to speak to and was very very helpful. Top marks for the tank shop. Zero for the delivery driver.”

“I was very disappointed to find the tank had been left in the front garden !!! I did telephone and ask for an afternoon (after 2.30) delivery, but arrived home to find it dumped in the front garden !!!! I rang and complained and am still waiting for a call back 🤬🤬🤬”

“The shop staff answered my questions before I decided which tank to buy and even gave me a discount when the price was corrected up mid conversation... Tank arrived as arranged (bent over backwards to fit in with me), courier very friendly and helpful. Tank looks very solid, not installed yet, as new plinth not quite finished, needs a few paint touch ups with paint supplied as expected.”
