“I bought a 500 litre rainwater storage tank/water butt for the garden. It has yet to be installed and commissioned and so I can comment no further. Ask me in a year's time, then I can comment on its suitability, durability and ease of use.”

“Not too keen on all the extra delivery costs that get bolted on afterwards. I'd prefer one invoice with one price. The delivery costs would make me shop around in the future especially when the the delivery dates get delayed. The staff on the end of the phone are pleasant and helpful though.”

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry the delivery costs affected your experience, but glad our staff were helpful. To elaborate on the delivery costs; unfortunately with some larger products, to some areas such as Scotland (and even more with the current issue with fuel prices) we have to price the delivery costs once the order is placed. We do make sure this is clearly stated on the website product page and a number of times through the checkout process, and you are welcome to ask before the order is placed.
