“In spite of very clear instructions my 1st delivery went missing - I managed to locate. 2nd delivery was not to be until after a certain date - delivery attempted before that date causing problems for the haulier and me. I had to tell driver that he had to return delivery to depot until i returned”

Hi Michael, We’re really sorry to hear about the delivery issues you experienced. That sounds frustrating, and we understand how disruptive and upsetting this can be. We have looked into the issue and it appears that your address is somewhat unusual with no property name or number, and your postcode covering a large area. Therefore the 1st delivery was a parcel and this was incorrectly delivered to a neighbour. In response to this we obtained the What3Words address from you to ensure the tank would be delivered with success. The 5000 litre tank was requested after a certain date due to you being away. I can assure you that this was communicated to the parties involved but this was overlooked and the haulier called you to try to arrange the delivery earlier. I don't believe they attempted the delivery, but I understand that this phone call was still unwanted whilst you were away. I understand that a mutually convenient delivery date has now been arranged. We will take steps to prevent these issues in the future. “For the size of the item an eta would have been really helpful. I was promised to get one via text at 9am this never came. Delivery driver couldn’t find house and was quite rude on the phone l.”

“I ordered a new oil tank. The team I spoke to when ordering were very helpful and professional. Ordered the tank and delivered within 4 days. On delivery the tank gauge was a different one, spoke to the team via phone and they sorted it out immediately. I highly recommend”
