“Purchased a Petrol Tank with pump. Unfortunately its use isn't user friendly and until you try it you find it's not suitable and your unable to return said item because you have tried to use it. It took 4 weeks to arrive. Products are way to expensive to obtain an alternative. Don't say an item is on a pump when it's gravity fed...how can you possibly get a 52litre tank higher than said petrol inlet!!”

We appreciate your point about the product description. We have checked the description and this is exactly as the manufacturer describes it, as well as other online resllers. There is a hand pump on the unit that you need to depress to pump the petrol in an upwards direction. We're sorry that this isn't as you expected. As you say, the more advanced versions are considerably more money. We regret to inform you that as per our return policy, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been used. We do apologize for the delay in the delivery of your order. We did advise you of the delay immediately after you placed the order and you advised us that you were happy to wait. We strive to provide efficient and timely service to all our customers. Occasionally items are out of stock but we do our best to communicate through the whole process. We genuinely value your input.

“A really good personal service. The tank which I ordered had a two to three week lead time, but actually was delivered in just over a week. The tank arrived palletised and in great condition, the courier also unloaded it on my drive exactly where I wanted it. Tank Shop staff I dealt with were very helpful with a 'can do' cheerful attitude. The 1000li bunded tank ordered looks well fabricated and came with all the promised options and fittings. A good experience all round.”

“Delivery was on time and order arrived complete. On the whole very happy with my product but the packaging was useless. I understand that these tanks are hard wearing but it was just wrapped in a plastic bag with no protection so arrived with scuffed corners. It’s not the end of the world but considering how much you charge a little more care attention was expected.”

“Needed a tank for our Steam railway, and the Tank shop couldn’t be more helpful. No question was too much and the price is very reasonable. Unfortunately the whole experience was let down by the pallet network but that wasn’t their fault and did all they could to help. Thank-you all concerned”
