“We had to par addtitonal delviery charge to get the tank which is fine but then received a stream of calls from the delviery driver who when getting close to his destination wanted directions to the yard, despite having the full postcode and site address. My frustration is that if you are charging a premiuim for delivery than the driver should be competent to navigate or use google maps than being unable or unwilling to find it themselves.”

“Great service and product - The communication was excellent and the only let down was the shipping company not telling us our delivery slot time (We asked for an hour warning before it was delivered) The staff at Tank Shop did try to help us with this and was no fault of theirs - I would definately use them again”
