“The tank shop communicated fully through the ordering and dispatch process. We had some difficulties with the logistics of getting the tank to our property over a wall and the type of tank we needed could not be HIAB lifted - but the Tank Shop team were very helpful at ensuring we were kept in the loop of deciding our tail-lift delivery day and requesting a slot to help us make sure we had sufficient help at hand on our end. The tank was delivered on time with clear communication from the Pallex driver and arrived with all the attachements provided in the spec. We havent hooked it up yet, so its more of a pretty green garden ornament at the moment - but I'm sure it will do a wonderful job keeping our house warm through the winter!”

“A well constructed tank at a reasonble price. I thought the tank stand was a bit on the expensive side, that's why I made my own. A bit more explanation of where PTFE or jointing compound should be used would have been handy, but I guess most people have the tank installed by an engineer.”

We also value your input regarding the tank stand, and we understand that some customers prefer to make their own to save on costs (although only if you have the correct skills and know how!). You are correct. Information is not provided for the usage of PTFE or jointing compound as these tanks should be installed by a competent person (in most cases an OFTEC Registered Technician).
