“Freight cost is very expensive $36 for 250g, which was 50% of the order value and you dispatch system is inefficent which probally is the cause for the very high freight costs, 4 items ordered, dispacted in 3 shipments from different warehouses.”

The reason for multiple shipping costs is that our system detects when items in your order need to be shipped from different warehouses. This helps us cover the necessary shipping expenses associated with delivering your items. We have carefully reviewed our shipping costs with various vendors and suppliers in Australia. We believe that our pricing, along with the couriers we partner with for these shipping options, is highly competitive.

“I had an exceptional experience with The Tech Geeks. This was my first time purchasing from them, and they exceeded my expectations. I needed a specific device and cable for my homelab, which they were the only retailer offering in Australia. Despite it being a special order item requiring batch processing (I was part of batch 5), I was amazed to receive my device within just a week. Adding to the excellent service, I placed the order while on holiday. Concerned about delivery timing, I contacted their team to ensure it would arrive once I was back home. Their prompt and professional response was outstanding—almost immediately, they confirmed they’d informed the warehouse of my request, guaranteeing delivery on my preferred date. When the package arrived, it was flawlessly packed, but the seperate cable I had ordered was missing. I reached out to them in the evening, and by the next morning, they had already shipped the cable. The speed and efficiency of their resolution impressed me. “Advertised upfront with delivery timing hijinks, but they kept in contact and delivery was as they hoped it to be. Original products came with freedom plugs, but Tech Geeks bundled in Aussie plugs so no worries were had on unboxing. Very happy.”
