“The Best place in swansea for a car i just got my New car from you a nice Ford fiesta 16 plate this is the 5th car that i have had from tread Center wales. And ones agen the staff have been very helpfull and professional at all Times all the cars i have had have been spot on and i would recomend tread Center wales to every one if you need a car. Just one think i would like to recomend to them is that the coffey vending machine i think should be Free while you are whating in the collections room. Thank you ones agen tread Center wales From Mr J Masterman”

“Matthew was great, really helpful! Only downfall, car was not valeted as they said it was going to be and they did not put fuel in as they promised on multiple occasions. Then another salesman proceeded to lie and say fuel had been put it when it clearly hadn't been. We were there for hours so there was plenty of opportunity for these things to be done. However, just explaining to us honestly that they had run out of time and they had all gone home would have been sufficient. Until then, very pleasant experience.”

“from previous visits it was nice not to be bombarded with sales reps following you around .im sure there could be a system in place where when you enter the sales room ,one person ask what it is you looking for or interested in and then if a car is found to then go to the rep . As already stated this visit it wasn't as bad as the previous visits but again knew the rep was always where we were looking ,”
