“As soon as I arrived I was met by Luke a salesman and he was very polite. He put me at ease and asked me what I was looking for. From there on I met numerous staff members including Gavin the main boss. I was given some good advice and the staff seemed very happy in their work even in this time of Covid.”

“Very pleased with the level of service we received from Jake. He was professional whilst friendly and very understanding. We were very particular when choosing the car. Such as mileage, age, MOT status etc. Jake was patient and eventually we bought the perfect car Thank you Jake”

“Seen a few bad reviews about staff being pushy etc so was abit worried about coming but was a great experience, got welcomed at the door, got left alone to have a look around and then mark helped us find the right car for myself and family, good experience all in all and drove away not long after in my new car :)”

“All went well with purchase car is fine two marks on body work were mentioned at purchase but were not fix on collection otherwise all ok. One further comment why is it so hard to contact anybody on the phone, three times today I have been ringing first time I was on hold for about 26 minutes, second time for over 15 minutes, was promised a ring back but had none, the last time the lady was very helpful and gave me the information in a few minutes, (Well done). Altogether though everything is fine. Many thanks TP.”

“I was very happy with the sales department they were very friendly and happy to help but once it went through to the finance and pick up of car it was very slow and I was waiting hours.”
