From start to finish the people there were lovely. From Steve the sales guy to Mitchell who talked me through all the checks, tax, V5C certificate etc. Cannot recommend enough - I didn't feel pushed to buy at all and the cars were well-priced

From beginning to end our whole experience was fantastic. Mark our salesman was great, very knowledgeable and yet not pushy. We then saw Richard who completed the paperwork, he was equally as helpful. Every step of the way we were asked if we were happy, and we were. Thanks Trade Centre Wales (Neath) 👍.

Sales representative dont have proper knowledge. When I asked for BMW 1 series 2015 they explained me its good car front wheel drive as we all know none of the BMW hatchback are front wheel they are all rear wheel drive. Also when I bought the car and asked to show me the paper what we discussed with different in paper . They manipulate the things so please have a proper look in your paper at the time you are buying. Price is too high. If you check them same variant car with same spec same model year its quiet cheap in the market and even at authorized dealer. I wont recommend any one to buy any car from Tradecentre.

Overall positive experience. Bought the car with/for my wife about a month ago. One salesman was a bit pushy (that's one reason why I haven't given 5 stars). The car was a fair price but nothing special, in terms of a bargain. The vehicle runs like clockwork......we are very pleased. However, it developed a slight fault over a week ago.....boot release worked intermittently. I rang TCW to explain and waited about 30 minutes to get through ( second reason why I am not giving 5 stars).The after-sales service since has been first class. TCW arranged to take the car back last Saturday. I picked the car up yesterday to find the fault had been fully explored and the boot release switch replaced under the warranty. No debate, just a friendly and efficient service. I would like to thank, in particular, Mercedes (telephone reception),Nicola Woodland and Nichola Bennett in After-Sales for making the experience absolutely painless. Lovely people and any fears I might have had regarding after-sales service or car quality have been unfounded. I know it's still relatively early days but, on the basis of the current situation, I would buy with TCW in the future, thanks.

All the staff were so polite and welcoming to the show room, and so helpful when it come to choosing a car! Would definitely recommend, they have good banta too, was made such an enjoyment time ✌🏻

I felt supported through the process, it wasn't as quick as I thought, will advise the purchaser to ensure they have the time to go through the process. I would use again and have recommended to friends and colleagues already

I bought a car for my elderly mother on Saturday 18th September. We were told this vehicle had a FULL SERVICE HISTORY. Upon examining the service record the last service was carried out in 2019! THIS IS NOT A FULL SERVICE HISTORY! Apart from this, I was told to attend and collect the car at 11am on Sunday. I had advised Laura the finance lady that I had to drive back to Essex Sunday afternoon so it was important that this car be ready for me to collect ASAP on Sunday. I called at 10.18 on Sunday and spoke to a lady who said “Yes the vehicle is all ready for you, come when you are ready.” I arrived at 11.15 and was told the car was having an MOT and was not ready. TWO HOURS went by and I enquired again to be told the car was being valeted. Another 45 mins went by and the car arrived, UN-VALETED, with almost ZERO fuel in it and glue from a sticker still splashed across the drivers side screen! NO vehicle handover whatsoever! I wasn’t even provided with the spec of the vehicle! I was recommended to come to you guys for a car by my sister who has bought from you in the past, she is now embarrassed by that! All in all I feel I have had a very poor experience of your company and have been MISS SOLD a vehicle on the pre-tense it has a full service history WHICH IT HAS NOT! Please advise how you intend to rectify this ASAP??? Thank you!

giving a 4 star review because Tristan in neath branch went above and beyond to find us a good deal despite our difficult circumstances. he was friendly and accommodating and manager material. our experience was let down by Ross who was extremely pushy to the point where it was uncomfortable regarding the purchase of the rac cover. he wouldn’t accept no for an answer. He also tried to trick me into signing a form agreeing to the cover by putting it in a pile among other forms to be signed - i had not agreed to the cover and luckily i spotted what i was signing up to before it was too late. i was further disappointed that when my wife took out the cover, a credit check was run and this wasn’t made clear. as we opted for a family plan (purchasing two cars) this meant i had three credit checks on my file, one of which i wasn’t aware of until after the fact.
